My dogs love the fountain!
The dogs that I sit for sometimes love it! I love that it's cleaner water for them. I've had a great experience with the customer service. I've just had struggles with getting the information from the website once an order is placed and knowing where to go.
Overall, it's been a great experience!

Dogs know best!
I love this water bowl for my dog! He will only drink water out of this bowl specifically, he just knows it’s the best. I love the sensor so that I know it’s not running all the time, only when my dog walks up to it. I need more ALL over my house.

We realized that we had the wrong size…
We realized that we had the wrong size filters for our product and we reached out to see if we could swap them out. It’s been a few months since we purchased the product and filters but support was very responsive and is sending the correct replacement filters to us right away. Very good customer service and hard to find nowadays in other brands. Highly recommend this brand.

Great product
Well, they asked me to write a review and I’m a person that feels too many write to gripe and not enough write to express positives. I’m a real purchaser.
This fountain is shared by my dog and cat and they both love it. They had zero issues with using it. I chose the larger unit for greater water volume. I just refreshed their water for the second time in 8 days. Both times the water in the reservoir was still perfect, no growth, no scum no particulates floating. They are both drinking much more. One of my concerns was the color of my dog’s urine. Dark every time. Since having this fountain, her urine is much lighter in color which I know is better on organs and general health.
The unit is easy to use, super quiet and a colored light lets you know if it is getting low. A sight glass is fitted into the side so you can see water levels. I give this unit 5 stars and know my pet’s health is going to benefit.

Thank you much for a great product. My dogs took to it within a few hours. It’s a simple and well made fountain that only makes a slight hum letting you know the water lever is low, otherwise it’s amazingly quiet. I just wish I had this years ago for my previous dogs. Happy with Selene pet fountain
I ordered my SelenePets water fountain, it took about 3 weeks to arrive,which was a lot faster than some orders
from this country arrive. Followed instructions for putting together, didn’t check packaging carefully enough, missed seeing small connector part, emailed them , then found it in little bubble foam pack, let them know I had found it ( they replied within the hour, so no problems with customer support). Overall very pleased….. now all I need is for the dog to drink from it !

Scam company
I returned products I got from Selene because my dogs won’t drink from it. It’s been 5 weeks now and I still don’t have my refund and no one is answering emails. Be careful with this company!

Have a small problem....
So far the product is working as it should, I went to try to clean the motor but cannot get the white square cap off to do so, that is a disappointment. So if there is a trick to get it off, please let me know.

I bought a year's supply of filters for the Selene Dog Fountain, but the filter quality is extremely poor. Water quality degrades quickly and gets slimy, meaning it doesn't keep the water clean or fresh as advertised. It's frustrating to invest in a long-term supply of filters that fail at basic filtration and hygiene. I would not recommend this fountain or its filters.

For the most part it was a simple
For the most part it was a simple, straight forward ordering process. I am not sure that I like the add-ons after the sell, however I did purchase two them.
My biggest complaint is when I tried to log in. I had nothing but problems, I requested assistance from support. They gave me my email address to login with, which was what I used in the first place. It didn't recognize the email and I am still not logged in.

I love my Selene dog fountain and so does my dog Lucy ! If you want to provide clean, filtered ,drinking water for your furry friends this is a company you can trust . Lucy drinks so much more water and is more hydrated since I switched to this fountain. Selene’s customer service is very helpful as well . Best Customer Service
When I ordered my pet fountain I also,order a year supply of filters.. when I went to replace the original filter. I realized that the ones I received were a different size. I immediately emailed SELENE and stated my concern . I received a email from Richard with in minutes like 5 . He asked to send him picture of the filter in my pet fountain and the ones I received, after sending him his request he emailed me back and asked to verify my address after that, I got another email telling me a new order is on its way…now that is Customer Service . I highly recommend SelenePets. My dogs and cats love the fountain , my only problem ..my dogs drink more water …
