The Selene is a great investment for my fur baby. He has been drinking a lot more water and he really likes the Selene. I would highly recommend it for your pet! The water that he ingests now is clean at all times. It’s very simple to clean . I love it !

I placed an order and at first their was a little problem, but it was cleared up immediately. I love the concept of this product, we really needed something and this really fits what we were looking for. The quality of the water bowl is great and we love the fact that we will never have a problem with Willows water bowl and her water, no more icky, slimy water bowl, no more dust, hair and whatever else there is floating around the house. We are 💯% sure Willow will love the unique concept of the water bowl and we will never have to worry if her water is compromised and will put an end to all of her UTI's and she will be back to her cute, loving, happy, healthy self again, oh and the price is so easy on the budget if you pick up on this phenomenal discount before it expires.

Love our Selene Fountain!
My Maddie is a large black lab at end of her life. I was worried as she wasnt drinking enough, and our water despite filtration with Pur still didnt seem to satisfy. I looked at a Selene fountain as reviews were good. I was pleasantly surprised how easy was to assemble and she took to it right away, drinking 3 times as much at each stop at feeding area. She is severely handicapped with arthritis and often has to lay down to eat or drink and this fountain is perfect height.

I ordered a water fountain type water…
I ordered a water fountain type water container for my Bernese Mountain Dog and my Toy Australian Sheppard. The bowl and all of the equipment were very high quality. However for what ever reason my dogs would not drink from it.
I contacted the company with my situation and they said no problem just send it back for a refund.
The customer service was great to work with.

After about a month of use
After about a month of use, the fountain is functioning appropriately and our dog is using it. From the start, however the website and customer service have been abysmal. The website promotes discounts on all the accessories, but doesn’t allow the user to select them. An email request to get the published discounts was met with “ our everyday prices are low.” An automated email was later sent to me regarding my subscription for monthly filters being shipped and billed to my card on file, but there is no way to manage the subscription nor did they arrive. The website published a robust warranty, but with my experience with customer service so far, I doubt it would be honored. Hopefully it doesn’t break down because I have zero faith in the company or customer service standing behind it.

Transparancy on shipping would be a start, I thought our fountain would be here faster than it got here, so from the beginning I felt like I was being scammed. Then, shortly after it got here, I was notified that my shipment of monthly filters would be arriving soon. I did not sign up for monthly filters. I looked back at my order and I received everything in my order already. Sure enough, I received a packet of filters. I went on line and tried to enter my order number to "manage" my subscription (which I did not sign up for) my order number could not be found. So according to their website, all I needed to do was enter my email address and they would send me a "magic" link to my email address (which In my opinionis how I was then signed up for the subscription, which gave them authorization to charge my credit card to send the reoccurring $29.99 filters. Additionally, If you are going to correspond with your patrons, send the appropriate cat/dog letter when they make a purchase. I bought a cat fountain, yet every email I received from them talked about my dog fountain. I am not impressed with this company.

The fountain itself is great BUT>>>>
The fountain itself is great - works great doggie love it. HOWEVER buyer beware I purchases the year supply of filters when I ordered the fountain and never received them. I contacted the company and took weeks for them to ship out (tracking says shipped - still have not received the package) then you receive billing for subscription for "health package" additional $65. Be aware you have to cancel the subscription you never signed up for - its a total pain in the backside.

A great product
Initially I found the instructions a little confusing but, once I reread them I figured out how to set the fountain up. Cleaning is easy and my dogs love drinking from it. I did have a problem with it and sent an email for help. It was answered within a few hours and and the suggested solutions fixed the problem.
