This one is a winner!
It took him a while to get used to the fountain. I just got on the ground with him and pretended to drink from it and then spoon feed him the water, IT WORKED! The things we do for our beloved pets. Absolutely love the product and I like the soothing sound of a water fountain. The whole house benefits. Highly recommend this product! I did get the wires bowl, didn’t see wireless. Unless you have an outlet lower to the ground, Is recommend the wireless bowl.

Suggestion
I really like the dog fountain. Everything but the pump goes in the dishwasher and the pump is easy to disassemble and clean. I waited two weeks to clean it the first time to check the 'slime' factor. It was really good. However, my dog still prefers the bowl I have in the other room. He always preferred that bowl and I think because that was where he and my husband took naps together. But I think it may be because the drinking area is very shallow. I think if it was deeper he would use it more.

My fountain took a while to get here and it was dented which was disappointing but it was at the base so is unseen really. My dog Lottie took a couple of days to accept it but now she’s ok with it and I’m sure she’s drinking more water so that pleases me

I wrote to them about the motor not working just after 2 months, they responded right away with troubleshooting hints. I tried the fountain again and it worked. I’m a believer- this is amazing!!
I wasn’t sure at first if it was really worth it- and then I changed my filter the first time!! Wow is all I can say. I put the new filter next to the used one and realized I should have purchased this a long time ago. The difference was mind blowing. Our dogs seems to be drinking more now as well- I’m sure it taste better. Highly recommend and customer service has been great as well.

I just ordered my bowl
I just ordered my bowl. Haven’t received it yet. But after reading reviews I’m confident it’ll be good for my great Pyrenees and golden retriever. I must admit I had troubles with ordering. But afterwards they were most helpful and answered all my questions and concerns that I had. So far I’m very pleased with this service. I can’t wait to get my bowl in. I really think they’ll love it! Unwanted filter subscription
Unwanted filter subscription. I was sent an unwanted filter refill $59, despite asking them to cancel the subscription before shipment. They refused and also refused to refund me and haven’t replied to 4 emails sent to their support email.
On top of that they have shady business practice of signing you up for a subscription when you buy the water bowl and I didn’t know that you have to go onto their website and cancel this before the first shipment. I emailed them before the order shipped and they still refused my request!

However, this doesn't mean you're unable to request a refund. MY FIRST WATER BOWL WAS DAMAGED AND WAS IMMEDIATELY REPLACED WITH A NEW BOWL. THEN SUDDENLY I RECEIVED A SECOND BOWL REPLACEMENT? THEY DEFINITELY DO RIGHT BY THEIR CUSTOMERS, I WOULD LIKE TO SEND THE SECOND REPLACEMENT BOWL BACK. WATER BOWL IS GREAT EVENTHOUGH MY DOG IS SCARED OF IT!
