At Selene, customers have the option to choose between a one-time purchase or automatic monthly filter refills during checkout. Subscriptions are entirely optional and can be canceled at any time to prevent future renewals.

Upon reviewing your previous correspondence, we confirmed that your refill order had already been processed when our team received your cancellation request, which meant we were unable to stop that shipment. However, this doesn't mean you're unable to request a refund. If you no longer wish to keep the filters, please reach out to us at info@selenepets.com, and our team will gladly provide the return instructions and assist you with the refund process.
