Will not tell you when your subscription renews and auto-charges you refusing to refund.
You must pay for a subscription when you first download the app, but neither the app or the website has a page for the subscription information, not your signup date or renewal date or anything you can do to monitor your plan details, let alone edit them.
They send no communications, but just auto-charge you for renewal and when you ask to cancel or be refunded, they claim you agreed to this when initially signing up and will not do so without 24-hrs notice before the renewal date, but again, there is no way for you to know WHEN this is happening because there are no emails about it nor is it available information on the app or their website.
Horrible company and business model, stay away from these guys at all costs.

I am editing my commet because Trust Pilot has informed me the company is trying to have my review removed because they think it is inauthentic. Like their reply says: this information was DISPLAYED at sign-up, but that was it. If it was buried in the agreed upon terms that I would have no way to view/edit this information without directly interacting with their support team, then so be it. My review is low because there is no record of it provided to you, or available to you, after you move past that initial sign-up screen on the app. Nothing in your profile on the app or their website, you have no personal record of anything you agreed to after you leave that inital sign-up page. I still have my sign-up confiramtion email and this information is not there either, just some onboarding tips about how to get the most out of the app's services. So this company gets 1-star for it's horrible handling of service and SNEAKY ways of auto-billing you because again, you have no record of it, and you have no way to view, let alone edit, your subscription details without contacting their customer service. Why this information is not available to you, the customer, in your own profile, is the question you should be asking yourself. Also note: this is not a US based company. When the subscription renewed, the only reason I knew about it was because my bank informed me of an international transaction and this was it. Otherwise, I would have ended up by like of the other bad reviews where I was repeated charged without my knowledge because they don't send you a reminder about it, nor a confirmation when you pay. You've been warned.
