Sorry to hear that. Could you share which parts felt overwhelming or unnecessary? Your feedback will help us keep things clearer and more concise.
Ferry pricing is set by the operator, and discounted rates are only available to local residents. We understand this can be frustrating and appreciate your understanding.

Great and fast support
We were running late for the ferry to Praslin because of issues at the airport.
We informed the Seychelles Bookings team straight away and they made sure that the transfer bus to the harbour was waiting for us. In the end we arrived about 20 minutes after the ferry was supposed to leave but the staff waited for us.
The quick replies of the team were really helpful. Really good support. Thanks Basile!!! :)

Thank you for your feedback! Weâre glad to hear the online booking was quick and convenient.
Regarding ticket pick-up, the ferry company you travelled with requires boarding passes to be collected at check-in. As a booking agent, we follow their procedures.
We hope to assist you again soon and wish you a pleasant journey!
