All went smooth

All went smooth, the only thing that I would reconsider is to why in the year 2026 I have to print out the tickets? But besides that I recommend it.

Thank you for your feedback and recommendation.

We completely understand your point and agree that, in 2026, requiring printed tickets can feel outdated. We have raised this matter with Inter Island Ferry on several occasions and have advocated for a fully digital ticketing process. However, the requirement remains at the discretion of the ferry operator.

As a booking platform, our role is to facilitate reservations and communicate the operator's travel requirements to passengers.

That said, the e-ticket also states that passengers who do not have access to a printer may check in by providing their booking reference number and full name to the check-in clerk.

Thank you for your understanding and for choosing our service.

I had to change my travel plans and cancel my original ferry ticket because my trip to the Seychelles was delayed by a week. I contacted their customer service regarding the cancellation, and I was amazed by how quick and professional they were. They replied intantly and immediately offered me a vouher for the full amount to use for my future booking. When I contacted them a week later to claim it, the process was incredibly smooth and fast. They issued my new ticket without any hassle. Their oustanding customer service and helpful communication deserve 5 stars.

A special thanks to Basil, who provided outstanding support and made it possible for us to resolve the issue directly with Cat Cocos. Amazing

An amazing experience. I really love that the Seychelles have preserved their natural atmosphere and charm, untouched by huge hotels and resorts. Many places can only be reached on foot, while enjoying the beautiful nature all around. I’m truly delighted — I hope it stays this way!
