First class service

Easy website to navigate. I booked 4 return journeys to 2 different islands back in February 2026. My plans are now postponed due to my long layover in UAE and our UK Government restrictions/insurance not valid. I approached the company for a refund and this was all sorted for me within minutes. Very efficient! Customer service was excellent from booking to cancellation. I would highly recommend, and will book again later in the year. Thank you for everything.

It is unreasonable to require


It is unreasonable to require passengers to present a printed ticket, as many tourists do not have access to a printer.

We would like to clarify that the requirement regarding printed tickets is set by Inter Island Ferry, the ferry operator, and not by our booking platform. Our role is to facilitate the booking process on their behalf.

The e-ticket also states that passengers who do not have access to a printer can check in by providing their booking reference number and full name to the check-in clerk.

All went smooth

All went smooth, the only thing that I would reconsider is to why in the year 2026 I have to print out the tickets? But besides that I recommend it.

We completely understand your point and agree that, in 2026, requiring printed tickets can feel outdated. We have raised this matter with Inter Island Ferry on several occasions and have advocated for a fully digital ticketing process. However, the requirement remains at the discretion of the ferry operator.

As a booking platform, our role is to facilitate reservations and communicate the operator's travel requirements to passengers.

That said, the e-ticket also states that passengers who do not have access to a printer may check in by providing their booking reference number and full name to the check-in clerk.
