Bueno le pongo 4 y no 5 por que en el libro de recetas no viene es Español .
Por lo demás tanto el funcionamiento ,la
Funcionalidad y la estética muy bien .

La màquina parece que todo bien, pero las instrucciones están en español però el libro de consejos y recetas solo en inglés, alemán y francés? Porqué no también en español??? Una pena.
Todavía no la he podido probar pero tienen buena pinta.

El servicio de mensajería de SEUR, MUY DEFICIENTE. Nunca entregan los pedidos a tiempo, y se inventan excusas, cómo dirección incorrecta o desconocida, o que no estábamos en casa etcétera, la próxima vez usen otra compañía de reparto de paquetes porfavor.

We've been using Ninja for several years, and I recommended them to my sister.
She used the oven 10-in-1, which had a malfunction, but the guarantee service was implacable helping out.
Other than that, it is a rare occasion and other appliances have worked for years just fine.

El pedido ha sido muy fácil de realizar, me han mantenido informada desde el minuto 0, a través del correo electrónico, han cumplido el día de la entrega, muy rápido, la aspiradora buena, aunque demasiado ruidosa.

It was great, the package arrived with one day of delay, but it was because of the delivery company. The shark if perfect!!! And I got 10% of discount.

I would like to give Ninja Kitchen an excellent rating for their customer service in Spain. Although I still haven’t received my air fryer due to ongoing problems with the courier company SEUR, the Ninja customer support team has done everything possible to help me throughout the process.
They have been professional, patient, responsive, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. When I contacted them, they treated me with kindness and understanding, and they tried to assist me as much as possible despite the delivery difficulties caused by the courier service.

I’ve only used this Ninja blender twice and I already know it has genuinely changed my daily routine for the better. I bought it mainly for protein shakes and iced coffee, and honestly I’m obsessed. The texture is incredibly smooth, it crushes ice perfectly without struggling, and everything tastes so much better compared to my old blender.

Protein shakes come out creamy and café-style in seconds, and iced coffees feel like something from a coffee shop. It’s also super fast and easy to clean, which makes me use it way more than I expected.

I can already tell this is going to become one of those appliances I use every single day. Absolutely worth it.

Estoy encantada. Lo compré específicamente porque queríamos hacer comida árabe con granos crudos y fue espectacular. En menos de 10 minutos teníamos todo procesado. Una maravilla! Llegó súper rápido también, en menos de una semana, y todo en orden.

Ponía que como mucho tendría el producto en 4 días, mi pedido lo realicé el martes de la semana pasada y todavía no ha llegado

Ninja were very informative regarding delivery which was prompt. The machine is amazing and beyond what I expected. Doesn't take long to set up and get to use. Very easy to clean, which makes it very appealing. Not cheap but a wonderful coffee machine.

I didn’t recieve my product yet, but I put you one star only for choosing SEUR company for delivery which are the worst company, for a premium brand like ninja should work with dhl or ups, there’s always delays with seur anyway
I’m still waiting after one week even if on your website you put 2-4 days for delivery
