Well.... what to say! Iv just completed my training weekend in GLP1 - really informative and extremely practical. I feel I can put this into effect immediately both in 121 and group sessions....

Sheila talked about setting goals, the purpose of videos, giving, offering and being found.
It was densely packed but leisurely enough to include 2 breakouts.

Social Media marketing has been something I've been avoiding but Sheila's training on how use social media to grow my business was insightful and motivating. There aren't many reasons to give 3 hours on a Saturday to training, and I'm so glad I did.
