L'application vous propose des cadeaux gratuits en échange de parrainer de nouveaux clients. Jai parrainé 13 personnes et finalement le jeu se bloque et ne permet plus de gagner des sous dès qu’il ne vous manque plus que 0,01€. Vous ne pouvez pas les payer non plus. Plusieurs amis à moi ont testé et ça bloque au même montant… ne vous faites pas avoir !

Was offered box of goods and just pay P &P when clicked to pay added card details and that was it on my bank it is now showing payments to 4 different companies which are now reoccurring payments for god knows what and no payment to shein so beware of this

Como en las bases pone que tienes que llegar a los 0€ y yo lo cumplia les escribí en atención al cliente por si era un error de la app y lo solucionaran en el cual ni si quiera hacen las cuentas que dicen que falta 0.01€ y que si el link no va que lo cierre y lo vuelva a mandar..

Poor customer service - video evidence of faulty earphones!
Received a set of faulty earphones. When I reported this, I was told this "For us to be able to help you further, may I kindly ask for a clear photo or at least a 20 MB video also showing the defectiveness of the item so we can verify it, please?" Not sure how to make a video to demonstrate that sound was coming only out of one earphone and not through the other. Believe me, I tried. So I am stuck with wireless earphones with sound only coming out of one earbud that gives me a massive headache every time I use it.

Best Service Ever, always happy with my order and i always check the reveiws before purchasing. If you do that you know what your getting, i am lucky and have had no issues, and returned shoes once as too small, with free returns through An post from ireland.

Hit and miss with poor service
Sizes and quality are not reliable with very cheap materials. Don't bother trying to return anything as it costs more than the items as I live in Greece. The delivery times can take almost a month to reach me IF they arrive at all. Useless bot customer service and the agents just stick to a terrible script. Have been outside of guaranteed delivery times 3 times as same old excuses that its the courier that they take no responsibility for - they just changed suppliers and during the transition didn't bother to tell their customers and blamed 'logistical issues'. That's BS since I received 1 package in 8 days but 1 is missing since start of December with no resolution in sight. Keep offering refunds after A MONTH of waiting but I needed the items for an event so thry left me with no option to fix or replace

Tienen de todo, cada vez amplían más el catálogo de productos y puedes comprar desde unos calcetines a una aspiradora de mano o globos para fiestas.
Últimamente los pedidos están tardando más en llegar, supongo que por el volumen que tienen y por la empresa de transporte. Servicio de atención al cliente muy bueno, disponen de chat online y hacen todo lo posible por ayudarte si hay incidencias.
Why does Shein reply to my complaint in Italian.
My Shein deliveries by GLS are a DISASTER. I wrote to Shein to complain and they responded in Italian. I get the same response as always " contact the agent" Unfortunately its IMPOSSIBLE to contact a Live chat Shein agent. The Shein customer service in the USA is 1000% more customer focused than in Belgium.I would appreciate if shein would be more vigilant to gls.THE WILL LOOSE A LOT OF CLIENTS.BY THE WAY I DO NOT SPEAK ITALIAN

And if you want to return something, you do it on your own cost, which Shein wouldn't refund.
And costs to return are very high from Finland.
Do not recommend. Rather pay a little more and get infinitely better quality.

I don’t know where to start from or what to do anymore, I made a huge mistake of placing an order with shein about a months ago (GSON68058000JTA)and it never got delivered and got lost by a courrier, since then, it’s been a months that iam keep emailing for my refund, and they keep sending me the same generic email telling me I will get a result in 18 hours!?!? And it’s never happened, more then 6 various names have dealt with me, all as useless of one another,they are the worse online retailers to shop from with the most shocking ,unprofessional and unacceptable and useless customer service.I have never had to wait for a lousy refund,with any online retailer this long.
Likes of jennilyn, Alex, Connor , Olivia ,natali etc…. Have all send me an identical email,every time I email. I have also completed the declaration request,but with no results.Can it get any worse?it’s shameful.no respect for customer whatsoever, they have made me feel like a criminal,where iam not to blame for the loss of this parcel.. Ordered a Gift Card. Got an email that the payment didn't go trough. The recipient didn't receive the email with the Gift Card. So I made a new order, with a different credit card. That order worked. However now SHEIN also charged my first credit card, so I payed twice but only got one. It is impossible to get trough to their costumer service, that is none excising. it is only a stupid robot. STAY AWAY from this pirate company.

I have placed an order about 2 weeks ago which was supposed to be delivered few days ago . I have received a package - but with someone else’s order - completely different product . Been contacting the customer service several times and haven’t got any response , haven’t received my order nor I was refunded the money . Horrible experience and wasted money :(
