I placed an order on shein at 09/September 2022 and my order was paid and confirmed and supposed to be delivered between 23 September to 26/09 but I didn’t received my order yet and today is the last day. I would like to have an answer about it and a best way to fix this issue because I normally don’t have problems with shein.

I honestly think people have gotten used to terrible clothes, I see alot saying it's great, but I ordered 2 dresses and they are nothing like the picture at all. Very disappointing.
I know the price is reasonable but not all of it is. I'll avoid in the future.

Ive bought from shein multiple times and never had any issues with delivery or products. You as a customer need to carefully read all the given info and look at review pictures. Dont buy things you want to return. The clothes made from polyester are usually bad quality but you get what you pay for. cheap. I still recommend it.

Preciso de saber o que se passa. A shein tem alturas que é sempre a mesma coisa. As encomendas ficam paradas não chegam e não cumprem os prazos. Tem de fazer alguma coisa quanto a isto

Tried contact Shein via messenger but what a joke. They want your money but don’t care once they’ve been paid.

Below my expectations on every level

Hice compra online en Shein y el producto superó mis expectativas. Creía que al ser tan barato no iba a ser una gran calidad, pero todo lo contrario.

Good and cheap but the shopping Time was Long and the size were not correct at all but i still liked the items

I ordered on 04/Nov/2021 around 450€ until now didn't send and always Estimate time is updating and day by day is added. estimate time was 10/04/2022 but now is 25/05/2022.
customer service is a robot and never you can contact to them. I really hate them.

Onverwacht €49 aan verwerkings kosten betalen aan SHEIN! Terwijl ik maar €20 aan items heb gehouden. SHEIN wilt hier niks mee doen en zegt dat het het beleid is. Ik vind het echt belachelijk. Ik weiger 50 euro aan verwerkings kosten te betalen! Ik ben een trouwe klant van SHEIN en ik vind het erg jammer dat dit zo moet lopen. Ik vind €5 geen probleem maar 50? Dit kan echt niet.

Size is wrong on this coat, also. Sleeves is way too tight. Also, the armhole is way too tight.
Bust is stated at the description to be 114 cm – this is with a bit of stretch and some good will at most 104 cm on the outside. So 10 cm missing to be able to close the front.
This is the 3rd coat I return. The company must have some strange anatomy measurement.
The first coat was JAZZEVAR Zipper Front Hooded Winter Coat 77 EUR, I ordered size L description said bust 110 cm, the delivered coat was more like a XS as bust was about 90 cm.
I thought it was a mistake in the marking of the size. Everyone can make a mistake. So, I returned it and ordered the same model in size XL, which should be bust 114 cm but this was 10 centimeter short on the bust. Definitely not a size XL.

I tried to be patient so I thought if I ordered another “brand” hoping the production would get the size right. But no. I ordered MIEGOFCE Zip Up Dual Pocket Hooded Winter coat EUR 68. Sadly, this is also way too small.
I will have to stop traying to order a coat from SHEIN.

Manchmal ist die Qualität halt "suboptimal"... aber bei den Preisen ist das eben so. Dafür sind manche Sachen überraschend gut. War im Großen und Ganzen bis jetzt immer zufrienden.

Betalte 90 kr for et returlabel, indleverede min pakke og har aldrig hørt fra dem igen eller modtaget mine penge retur. Det er 4 måneder siden.

Returned some items back in July. Tracked my return and can see it was received July 23rd. I have contacted Shein a number of times and have not heard back!

It’s impossible to get in contact with customer service!

I order from them frequently, and some of the stuff I am really positively surprised by. You have to wait a few weeks, before the products arrive, and most of the things are not the best quality. But I generally like it and the website has a lot of different things, that you cannot buy in stores.

Købt for 450,- leveret efter knap 2 uger.
Størrelserne meget varierende, det meste MEGET stort. Og ja, det kryber så godt nok en del i vask, til gengæld blev de plastiktryk der var på tøjet ødelagt. Den ene trøje, der havde et meget stort tryk med vinger på ryggen var forsvundet fuldstændigt i første vask. Efterlod nogle grimme sølle rester på trøjen og noget sammenkrøllet plastik kunne fiskes ud af maskinen. Trøjen røg direkte i skraldespanden.
Spild af penge og er flov over det miljø-aftryk der med min bestilling er sat på verden, samtidigt med at tøjet sikkert også er produceret med børnearbejde.
Nul stjerner ville være mest passende.

Not the best quality but cheap and pretty. About 14 days for delivery.

Jeg bestilte derfra for 300kr og det skulle være kommet for næsten en uge siden, og har intet modtaget eller hørt fra dem.
