Absolutely law quality company and workers that last adviser with which I spoke call me swear world seriously?And I'm paying for that 39.99 for call me a with a swear world....If there was no stars I would put for this company minus 5 stars and not recommend for no one

This companys broadband is so shockingly bad. The connection is so bad when there is even one there it seems to lose connection at some random point nearly every might

Im a gamer so downloading games is painfully slow the upload and download speeds are also dogsh*t. I HATE this company

After continuously calling Shell/Octopus to get them to try and sort the problem with our Wi-Fi and connection to the cell phone We finally got someone who took the time to listen and actually cared about our problem. His name was Devin P. I can honestly say that he is amazing at his job. Because he cared, he listened, showed empathy and took the time to sort out our problem. We finally got the service that we have been paying for. Not only that, but he actually went further by calling my mother the next day to check that everything was still in working order. I can’t fault his customer service. Shell/Octopus, please take note and get Devin P to train the rest of your stuff. Thank you, Mr. Devin P for your service.

Alex was really helpful and very empathetic. as my urgent need was to get my Wi-Fi connection back due to working with NHS Hospitals online. He was very clear in his instructions and helped get my WiFi connection back easily.A huge thank you to Alex. He addressed and sorted out the problem in no time at all. For me it was very heartening. If only all customer helplines were as good as this.

Yann was just so personable, patient and knowledgable. Despite it being late in the evening he was attentive and explained how I should trouble shoot the problems at my end.
He's arranged for me to receive a new router and promised to follow up with me once it has arrived.
