The MXO5 was ordered and immediately after they took payment they sent an email to advise it was out is stock and offered the S600 we advised to refund as we didn’t want the exchange! We have now been ignored via chat and email and it’s been 4 weeks and no refund! We have contacted our bank and reported this company

Am spus de fiecare dată că Shengmilo nu dezamăgește niciodată, toate produsele pe care le-am achiziționat sunt premium,deci calitate,preț cum nu găsești niciunde, personalul cu care am interacționat de bună credință, mulțumesc!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem 2 ebike meine bruder und ich aber es muss ein Code machen das die Polizei das nicht mehr sehen kann dann hätte ich keine probleme mit der Polizei 👮‍♀️ gehabt das die Geschwindigkeit ändert dürfte

Ich habe vor über 1,5 Monaten ein Fahrrad bei shengmilo-bikes.com bestellt und über PayPal bezahlt, aber die Ware bis heute nicht erhalten.
Ich habe den Kundenservice mehrfach kontaktiert und um eine Rückerstattung gebeten, doch entweder bekomme ich gar keine Antwort oder erst nach langer Zeit – mit Ausreden wie einem angeblichen „Systemfehler“.

Obwohl ich mehrmals deutlich gesagt habe, dass ich mein Geld zurückhaben möchte, ändern sie ständig ihre Aussagen: mal heißt es, das Fahrrad werde bald geliefert, mal, dass ich mein Geld zurückbekomme – aber ohne konkreten Zeitpunkt.
Der Kundensupport ist völlig unzuverlässig und nicht vertrauenswürdig.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und rate dringend davon ab, bei dieser Seite zu bestellen.

Su bicicleta se averió a los 10 días de comprarla y nunca mandaron los recambios para repararla ni cambiaron la bici ni nadie respondió de la garantía .
Tuve que tirar la bici y me costó 1.390 eu
Es un fraude .

Nous avons commandé le 25 Septembre, à ce jour (5 Octobre) aucunes nouvelles sur l'état de la commande.

Ho acquistato prima una S700 a mia moglie e considerata l'esperienza positiva, ho acquistato una S600 per me. Da infartuato avevo bisogno di una ebike che non mi facesse faticare sulle salite. Già con la trazione posteriore ho fatto meno fatica della vecchia ebike motorizzata Bafang. Con entrambi i motori fa tutto da sola. Dove viene usata ci sono molte strade lastricate per cui ho aggiunto un reggisella suntour ncx ed una sella più morbida, che insieme alle ruote con battistrada più largo hanno reso la guida più gradevole. Unico neo è dovuto ad un aumento generale della rumorosità dovuta alle vibrazioni derivanti dalle strade sconnesse. Devo probabilmente serrare la bulloneria. Comunque ottima esperienza.

After sale customer support doesn't exist. After 2 months of purchase S600 front fork lower brushing gone. I have sent video with the problem but they just fob me off saying this is normal wear and tear and doesn't affect safety and ride. Absolutely disgusting !

Man hat sich mein Problem angenommen und so schnell es ging gelöst. Dabei waran immer sehr freundlich und höflich.

Zum Fahrrad allgemein kann ich nach knapp 1000 km sagen, dass sich der Kauf zu 100% gelohnt hat.

I sent an approval email regarding the mx06 model the forth bike I have purchased from your company and was really I'm presssed

S600 owner. I feel the bike offers some advantages compared to others on the market.
Dual motor suits my need as I live in a hilly area which cannot be reached by a 250w ebike without considerable effort.
However the finish and comfort of the bike is lacking finesse despite the fairly high purchase price.

Firstly, the adjustability of the handlebars is lacking. This, in its delivery spec is uncomfortable on the wrists neck and causes numbness of the hands.

An additional steam riser needs to be purchased, it itself no real issue but the bikes geometry is "off" owing to focus on power and not comfort, meaning there is some but not full reduction in symptoms. As the bike tries to maintain a mountain bike stance its geometry up front should mimick that of a mountain bike, i feel its stuck between a downhill and mountain bike which are different species.

The dual crown motorbike style fork is too large and offers poor turning circle. However useful, its lack of adjustability lets its down. Again the rear shock, not adjustable at the price point is a let down.
The seat while comfy has limited height adjustment for full stretch and the frame geometry means one never sits within correct triangle point of a mountain or downhill bike.

The lcd display screen is overly complicated and the throttle cannot be removed at all, an issue which poses legal risks in the areas served by the sales and marketing of such bikes. An option to remove would be better given that bikes are being seized by police.

The paint finish is poor in areas, but better in some, this variability shows lack of attention to detail. The wavy finish maybe from where the frame was hung for spraying. Although the colour depth is ok throughout.

Lack of chain guard - on an ebike with this power would be an easy addition and provide protection.

Power deliver- can be jerky but is strong from. Both motors, the motors and battery appear capable.

However the battery tray is awkward and there is a poor fit meaning it rattles excessively in the tray when in locked position. A simple rubber/buytl or dense foam waterproof gasket type fitting would be helpful or a better fitting battery/tray.

Rack. While sturdy and able to carry good weight, is off centre and a little twisted.

Stem bolt - this is smaller that what would be needed for a high power ebike, and the small alan key bolt is prone to loosening at times. A larger heavier ebike like this with dual fork and dual motor may benefit from a moe heavy duty stem/crown setup.

J'utilise mon MX04 au quotidien sur Bruxelles depuis 2 ans et parcoure 25 km pour le travaille plaisir et puissance sont au rendez vous, absorbe bien les imperfections de la route quand au suivi technique pour obtenir des pièces de rechange en vue de suivre le plan d'entretien , la réponse est rapide courtoise et professionnelle.

J'ai un shengmilo 600 s j'ai chger l l'écran fonctionne mais je n'ais plus la vitesse et les kms ne s'affiche plus quand je roule

Sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto, è una bike che da conforto. Ritengo migliorabile o forse adattabile la sella per le mie esigenze (personalmente vorrei una piu morbida e larga).
