Love my S600! But long delivery time

What a great purchase I'm very happy and they are so much fun to ride. Quick delivery no complaints will defo use again thanks team Shingmilo.

The keys work one day with the bike the next day i have too switch the keys over after it chargers they keys wont go in too the on position i have too live it for 12 to 20 hours before riding it i use it too get to college everyday it has left me stranded at my college for 30 minutes before it finally went in too the on position

I ordered the bike and the power supply/battery arrived damaged. Customer support was non existent and the bike is still broken and the company wouldn’t let me return the bike. It was a horrible experience and I regret buying the bike.

Ordered a Shengmilo S600 on Saturday, received it on the Thursday.
The bike is everything I was looking for and more (exceptional). Living in a hilly area the twin motors are excellent and getting up steep hills is now a breeze, the seat is fairly comfortable and the suspension front & back is more than adequate.

Nach gerade mal 1 Jahr und nicht mal 300 gefahrenen Kilometer ist der Akku defekt. Garantie? Nein ! Batterie bestellen ? Geld wird abgebucht aber nach 50 !!!! Tagen noch immer nichts erhalten !!!! Kauft nichts dieser Marke , da der Service gleich Null ist

Dostava je ekspresna. Bicikli je jako dobrih karakteristika, čvrst , jednostavan za upravljanje , prilagodljiv , lijepe atraktivne boje , inžinjeru su bili izkusni . Nije me sram pojaviti se sa S600 bilo gdje .

I received the bike with a broken brake
After 15 days from my complain I received spare parts, but to replace it I had to bring the bike to a repair service, 40km from home, payed other 150€ for it. The e mail support has not so effective as I aspect, replying only several days later, and with incomplete reply

J'ai fait l'acquisition d'un vélo électrique sur le site Shengmilo et je ne regrette en aucun cas mon achat. Je suis super contente de mon achat. Vélo de très bonne qualité. Et un service commercial au top. Je m'étais trompé à ma commande sur la réf d'un vélo. J'ai annulée ma commande avant la livraison puis me suis fait rembourser et pu recommander le bon vélo quelques jours plus tard sans problème. Je recommande Shengmilo à 200%

Wrong part false advertising. Tried to send it back . Disgraceful company . No refund

Waiting more than 3 months for an extra battery with non professional answers from the company is not acceptable

Due to deliveri delays I was promised to get free helmet and glasses what never arrived. Had to remind of my order to get some information on delivery.
