I've had only positive experiences - surprised by negative reviews. Have bought for myself twice and buy as gifts without issue. The longest lasting shower cap out there.
Company is taking payment and then demanding customers provide them ID before they send the showercap. It took about 6 weeks to get a refund via paypal. Not sure if a scam, or just insane to think... もっと見る

With that volume, occasional operational issues can occur under normal circumstances. What is not normal is the inaccurate and misleading narrative currently reflected on our Trustpilot page. While we are shipping orders on time and fulfilling all customer obligations, the false narrative has created unnecessary customer concern. This has led to increased sensitivity around routine shipping variables, escalated interactions for our Care team, and additional operational strain as we manually review patterns of inauthentic activity across platforms. This is not a reflection of our business. It is a consequence of platform failure. The continued visibility of inaccurate and manipulated reviews is materially harming our company and misrepresenting who we are. It also impacts customers directly — creating confusion and undermining trust where it should not. We have been in business for a decade. For eight of those years — while generating millions in revenue and fulfilling hundreds of thousands of orders — our Trustpilot presence reflected fewer than ten total reviews. The sudden surge of approximately 300 reviews aligns directly with the moment we enforced our patent and intellectual property rights against an accused knockoff of our female-founded invention. We have operated with integrity since day one. That has not changed. Delayed Order > 4 months and no customer support
The order was delayed by more than 4 months, and I received no updates on the order during that time. I contacted customer support multiple times to understand my order status and did not once hear back. This was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience and I would not order from shhhowercap again.

Great product but where is my order 9 months on?
I’m a repeat customer as I love the product, however I placed my order back in August 2023, for two shower caps and contacted customer service and requested an update - I have received one reply saying it will ship by end September 2023 and one or two automated replies, but it’s now May 2024 and I still have no update from customer service, no caps and no refund.
I appreciate they have had some issues and I hope they can get back on track but it’s appalling to treat customers like this when you are holding their money for 9 months. I feel it is safer to buy from a reseller who has stock on hand than take a risk with this company until things demonstrably improve.

I like the product once I finally got…
I like the product once I finally got it. I placed the order in early November for the new black one. My credit card was immediately charged. Four months later when I had heard nothing from the company I was totally unable to find any method of contact to inquire. Then finally, one day around early April, out of the blue I get an email from the company saying it has shipped.

Shhhowercap Redeemed Themselves
After being a solid Shhhowercap customer since 2019–I was greatly disappointed when the company never sent my new cap after about 5 months. When I reached out about the issue, they apologized and refunded me. Then a couple of weeks ago, I received an unexpected message from Shhhowercap saying that they were sending me a new can from the order I made months ago. My other one from 2019 was starting to break apart, so this was such an exciting surprise!!!! I truly appreciated them sending it to me for free and it has definitely made me excited to purchase more from them again in the future. 😊

Would definitely give zero stars if…
Would definitely give zero stars if that was an option. Scam! Take your $ immediately but does not ship product for months. Ask for refund, but they will not do that. Still waiting on 1of 2 caps 8 months later

Great shower cap, but bad communication on backorders
Great shower cap, terrible customer communication, no phone number. I placed my order in December I think, knew it would be on back order ( all prints were), and while fully charged , didn't get the shipment for about 3 months, ( not looking up dates now). Multiple emails , form answers, no phone to speak to anyone. I wouldn't order if it's not in stock bc who knows when you'll get it.

Ordered 12/2022 delivered 4/2024, what???
Considering that I had forgotten about this product because it was delivered 1 1/2 years AFTER I ordered it, it works pretty well and is well made but way overpriced. Apparently I’m not the only one with this experience.

We had some challenges last year that impacted a pocket of orders. So sorry yours was one of them! We appreciate the feedback and if you sign up to our newsletter list you'll be the first to know about promos and sales on our patented innovation. As you live with it you'll also see that your SHHHOWERCAP® should last for 3-5+ years (at minimum! some last as long as 10 years depending on care) so thats where the value reallllly pays off.

Took 4 months to receive …
Love the product but it took 4 months to receive. I thought it was a scam. I didn’t hear anything from the company until they shipped it 4 months after purchasing.

Back order took 5 months
I love the product and have purchased several, but this one took 5 months to send. I knew it would be awhile when I ordered it, but 5 months is a seriously long time. I won’t gift one of these again.

Good quality product but I’ve ordered 3 times and each (in stock item) took over 9 months to receive. Email status updates were few and vague.

Style, Function, Quality!
I have a beautiful shhhowercap that has been taken over by the two other (young) ladies in my home ;) it’s stylish AND functional. The fabric feels luxurious and the grip to keep your hair from getting wet is awesome. I’ve even used it at night to keep my hair from knitting while I sleep. I love that I’m supporting a woman-owned small business by telling all my friends to get one!

The delivery took 6months
The delivery took 6months. Each time I enquired about the order , I either got no reply or a computer generated reply--really saying nothing! I was in the process of trying to claw back the money when they suddenly appeared.

WORST purchase experience of my LIFE. Can’t even get a refund after TWO years….. I purchased 1 x Black shower cap on 4 April 2022. It hasn’t arrived, I’m still waiting, and they have stopped responding to my countless emails. I have proof of everything and everything I have said is truthful. I should not have ordered from this company in the first place. It would have been very helpful to have seen reviews like mine at the time of purchase.
To add based off reply: your team offered to refund “cost of shipping” only as a “sorry for taking so long to ship your order”. I have not been refunded for the cap itself. I would like the rest of my money refunded. I have sent you a couple more emails in the last couple of weeks…no response from you until your response to my public review!
As of 27 July 2024, I haven’t received this shower cap you offered to send me in your reply to this review OR a full refund of the cap you never sent.
