Nice outfit, good material

Beautiful outfit the picture does not do justice. In real outfit was stunning wore this on Eid and got endless compliments. The quality of the outfit was really good you won’t be disappointed. I ordered a size medium as the size was perfect only adjusted from waist. The arms are not see through but they did provide extra material for under arms for women who want to cover that section. All in all very happy will be purchasing again.

The clothes are nice however the sizing isn't the best and the difference between each size is literally like a centimetre. The trousers for my eid clothes also had a hole in them which i didn't realise until the day before. So my mum had to spend the night before eid trying to sort the big hole they very poorly tried to conceal. If my trousers didn't have a hole in them i would've given them a higher rating.

Customer service really needs improvement- I had no option but to pay £8 for next day delivery charge, only to wait around for a good few days for my package to finally arrive..Spoke to "Customer service" (people in shop) who was actually quite rude & no help

I haven’t received my clothes ? It’s been weeks. Contacted the manager no response

One item sent was the wrong size but was as pictured. The second suit was not the same as photos and had a different scarf and bottom. The diamond work on the suit was so sharp it cut my fingers. The stitching could have been more secured to not be hazardous. Will be returning both.

Update: appreciate the response from the company. But I will debate one fact that the item of clothing I was talking about did not mention a disclaimer. I have shopped enough sites to know to read and see if its an original. This was not stated therefore I was disappointed. The rest is history now. But wanted to clear that up as I did read through all details. Had i read a disclaimer I would not have risked a copy.

Ordered Shararas online - good quality and so well made - lovely and flowy. Quick delivery. Had to return a suit. The customer service online was excellent. Suggested I return to their Green Street store which saved money in returning items.

I placed my order online for the first time with shiffonz, and i received the outfit the following day,excellently packed and was kept up to date on the package arrival time too, the outfit was so beautiful in reality too, i also spoke to them in person and they were very polite.

I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

The quality isn’t the best the colours are completely off does not look like the pictures on this website. I wish I could attach pictures, there is just a straight line where the white meets the purple no fading so it looks like the top is white and skirt is purple. The refund took a while to come.

I have ordered twice from shiffonz, once 2 shawls for my mother in law and secondly a shalwar kameez luxury one for men.

The shawls were to die for.. the quality was amazing and they looked stunning in person even better than the photos on the website.

The shalwar kameez was gorgeous really nice details on collar and cuffs, came with gift bag, lovely material.

Everything is shipped swiftly and if you email them with any queries they respond with a good time.

Cant wait to order again!

Fitting is excellent. Fabric is nice as well but need bit consideration. And lastly the delivery mechanism needs improvement as I paid 1/3 of total cost for delivery.

My outfits are more beautiful than the photos! Exceptional service, I've never ordered clothes online before and was sceptical. They fit perfectly and I'm so glad very quickly was able to get organised for my brother's upcoming wedding. Thank you so much!

Teal Sharara is unusually long, and not in proportion with the shirt, so will need to have it shortened (about 6 inches). Also its not a Sharara as I was expecting, but is actually wide flared flappers. However the colour, kaam and chiffon fabric is all lovely and is as per the photos. The purchasing process online was easy, efficient and prompt delivery, as per always.

The outfit was gorgeous on my daughter only promble we had was the trousers had to be altered for my daughter size apart from that alhamdulillah
