Brilliant customer service, super super helpful and polite - Jo was so quick to respond. Beautiful packaging, quick delivery, very helpful aftercare with the questions I had. Would order again 100%.

I ordered a box of four cocktails as a gift. One of the bottles was only a quarter full. I sent an email with photos and asking for a replacement but you haven’t yet replied and it’s been a few weeks now.

Fast dispatch, nice packaging, item as expected. Nice touch that it also includes foam recipes and not just cocktail recipes.

Items arrived absolutely perfect, all uniform no damage and arrived in a timely manner. And the drinks where amazing!

My original delivery was damaged and missing in transit - i was immediately issued a replacement which arrived before royal mail sent the package back! Fantastic company, easy to contact and very helpful! Perfectly packaged cocktails, looking forward to my Daughter's response when they get them at christmas time. Would definitely buy again - and can't wait to visit to sample in person, along with the delicious food advertised in their menu!

The wrong cocktails were initially sent out but the customer service staff were great and got the correct cocktails delivered. Can't fault the service to get a mistake fixed

They don't sell their merchandise on location you have to order through their shop and they only do UK delivery. So you have found this place online and you want to visit it on your holiday and enjoy the experience but no merch available to add to the memory. boo
