Ordered a brake fairing for my Colnago


Ordered a brake fairing for my Colnago K1 in June 2022 & still waiting for it. I appreciate Colnago are a bit erratic, but nearly 18 months for delivery is a bit excessive.

Thanks for your review. We'll chase this up with Colnago. Although we are the UK distributor, we don't have contol over the supply. For this reason, we don't currently have this brake fairing listed on our website, and won't take a payment until we've actually got the part in our warehouse and ready to ship.

Have used Windcave for 2 years now for our online business, They have been brilliant, can always get hold of "a person" if need be, plus rates are great and money hits our bank same day 11.00pm in the evening

Make sure you use the customer not retailer web site to get the discounted prices.

First class service!

Windwave’s head of ops Greg was great. I emailed following up on my order as I’d not heard and the windwave team replied immediately that their delivery agent must have lost the original parcel based on their despatch system. From there they dispatched a replacement with next day delivery and tracked the parcel progress until it was with me and remained in touch via email throughout.
