Shocking, shocking service from such a massive brand. I ordered a new pair of boots in the same size as my previous boots. They arrived and were too big, so I looked at sending them back. They don't have any arrangements for returns. Pay your own post to return the big heavy steel toe cap boots. Just reading the T & Cs and they day they charge £5.99 for returning stuff! DON'T DO THIS OR WON'T GET A REFUND. DON'T DO THIS OR YOU WON'T GET A REFUND. I've never known anything like it. I can't imagine ANYONE would order from them again after having to do a return. Gutted cos the boots are good and I can't find anywhere near me that stocks them.

Great customer service

I’ve not received my item. The Royal Mail tracking shows it has never moved from their local sorting office on the day they were supposed to have been posted-16th April.
I was told by customer services I had to wait until the 27th before Royal Mail will investigate.
Now I am told they will investigate but I will have to wait up t0 30 days. Then what?
In the mean time I have no boots for work as my previous CAT boots soles became detached.
Most other businesses would either refund or send a replacement pair and if the original ones ever show up get them sent back. But Shopcaterpillar just stop replying to emails!
Unless they resolve this quickly they’ve lost another customer!
NOT GOOD

Purchased a pair of Cat safety trainers. Both laces completely unravelled on the very first day of use. The supplier (Screwfix) wouldn’t replace just for the laces & suggested I contact Cat. Cat had zero interest in customer service. This would be an easy fix - send out a pair of laces that probably cost them 20p. Point blank refused. I work with over 100 tradesmen and I am making sure they all know the Cat products and their customer support are both dog excrement.

Superb quality jacket that has all the pockets I require. Great strength of construction and value.

Just the most amazing service, I did not expect the response i got for Caterpillar who came back immediately and refunded me in full and couldn't have been more fantastic, I only wish more companies were like they are!

I purchased an order online from your shop.i never recieve the parcel.They saying its been delivered but not on my door.the costumer services Already been notified. They dont need to know about it. They say go to Police. How should i go to police when i dont even know if its been delivered or not.. very unhappy

But I only ordered as you offered me a 10% voucher.
When I proceeded to checkout I hit button twice and cause I had ordered before the payment went straight through without me having chance to put code in.
I contacted customer service and they wouldn't onner it So last time I ordered from you

Ordered a pair of new boots straight off the site at the beginning of January – haven’t even worn them once. Came with a clear cosmetic fault right out of the packaging. Sent three emails explaining, waited days, not a single word back. Policy says contact first, fine – but ignoring customers isn’t service, it’s dodge. No return label, no refund link, and phone’s off today since it’s Sunday. For an official Caterpillar store, this is embarrassing. Charging full price for subpar stuff and ghosting buyers?
