I purchased an order online from your shop.i never recieve the parcel.They saying its been delivered but not on my door.the costumer services Already been notified. They dont need to know about it. They say go to Police. How should i go to police when i dont even know if its been delivered or not.. very unhappy

When I proceeded to checkout I hit button twice and cause I had ordered before the payment went straight through without me having chance to put code in.
I contacted customer service and they wouldn't onner it So last time I ordered from you

No response
Ordered a pair of new boots straight off the site at the beginning of January – haven’t even worn them once. Came with a clear cosmetic fault right out of the packaging. Sent three emails explaining, waited days, not a single word back. Policy says contact first, fine – but ignoring customers isn’t service, it’s dodge. No return label, no refund link, and phone’s off today since it’s Sunday. For an official Caterpillar store, this is embarrassing. Charging full price for subpar stuff and ghosting buyers?

Caterpillar boots leather parker cost around £110. Sat in a cupboard for a while after very little use. Now unusable just falling apart!

Great safety shoes 😁
To be honest, Caterpillar Charge S3 shoes on photos looks just ok, but did order a pair because I needed a proper safety shoes. In real life shoes looks really nice. Quality is spot on. Comfortable which is important, light, breathable and waterproof (tested many times in heavy rain - shoes dry inside) . As a HGV driver I need a pair of good quality shoes. And these Caterpillar are brilliant. Definitely recommended 👍
