Complete let down

I would avoid this company at all costs now. Sent back a pair of boots because they didn't fit, that was 2 months ago and it's been an ongoing struggle to try and get them to send out the new pair, they stopped replying to emails and Facebook messenger. Now I'm left with no boots and no refund.
