Was given a discount code but when entered at the checkout was and entered the code I didn't receive my discount when I made my payment

The Boots and Sandals I have bought are of the highest quality, and really comfortable.
I wish however, they would be a bit more specific on their measurement guidelines to female sizes. Then put this on the sell webpage. I have had to return 2 pairs of boots, (and pay the costs of return postage) because of being a female size 6, which I have learnt now is UK Male size 5 or USA size 6.
All very confusing.

All the items that I ordered came on time and are of great quality for the price that I paid for them. Very happy customer, I ll be buying more from them very soon. XXL is the size that I bought and they are long and wide in fit, I m hoping to fit into XL within a year, so the fit will be better suited to my body shape.

The boots did not fit. I have paid for delivery and discovered after delivery that it is not free returns. The return address is very close to where I work but I am not able to return them directly in person. I have to pay for a courier to collect and return them which I have arranged to happen tomorrow. I will NEVER be ordering anything again. Very bad customer service

Found a hardly worn pair of boots in the spare room. Worn them twice and both soles fell apart. Customer service just had your "typical tick box answers".
Rubbish customer service and absolutely shocking sub standard quality. Buy at your peril, unless you have money to burn!!!

Normal boots if I’m lucky they last 6month I’m getting 18 month wear out of these and I do polish these bad boys fortnightly 👍🏼👍🏼

The soles from TWO pairs of Cat boots I bought at different times, detached themselves whilst I was wearing them. Whilst I'd had the boots some years, I hadn't worn them that often and kept them in extremely good condition.

I contacted Cat customer services and they refused to take any action, blaming the defects on 'old age'. That is an appalling excuse. I have other footwear much older than those boots, including medium to high-end shoes, plus streetwear, including Converse, Adidas and Puma, none of which have suffered similarly.

Now having to take them to court to seek reparation

I ordered from CAT WWR - their streetwear sub brand which is advertising on insta. They never dispatched my order and took two weeks to reply to my original query, only eventually refunding me half. I had to contact them on insta and couldn’t get ahold of them so messaged on their insta post - they deleted it and never got back to me. Only today, almost two months later did I get my other half refunded. I’m sure CAT are fine to order from, but be aware of CAT WWR, absolute joke
