Shopee and its vendor/ supplier DailyHealths are jointly responsible for violations of ethical standards and several laws.
1) I ordered a supplement in bottles from Poland.
The company delivered a plastic bag with tablets with now brand name , no expiry date.
I was shocked !
Unfortunately I paid already !
It's almost impossible to get your money refunded with a lengthy process of unnecessary complexity.
What I received doesn't match what I ordered !

The case manager said they will change the picture of the product !
Cheating !!
Unethical !
I lost money
I lost a lot of time to request refund. But in vain.
I need to report to authorities.

NEVER BUY FROM SHOPEE!
I bought a product and needed to return it. As I have a foreign google account i cannot download the shopee app. Therefore I have to go through customer service to return products. Customer service told me they are looking into my issue, (what issue?? it's literally a very simple problem to solve!!) but after 10 days they are not responding.
I will NEVER be buying from shopee again.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience.

As foreigner in Thailand, not buy at shopee only if you okay for lose the money you spend, if some wrong difficult or maybe not possible to get money back, because you can not use a foreign creditcard, and if refund you can only get it to bank account, because you can not get a wallet, like another popurlar market platform in Thailand there start with L, there you safe more.

The customer service is missing at all. The vendor is a cheater after the paying the full amount , cash on delivery for the products in the box, after opening the box an item is missing, literally the vendor is a thief, There is no phone number for customer service, and there was only online form to fill and submit, I did that on Dec 7, they stated yes we are sending you the refund, you should have in 5 business days, today is Dec 22, and I still have no refund. I had little confidence in this business to start, but this experience has completely destroyed any confidence, I am not going to be able to order anything through Shopee, this is simply theft by Shopee and their vendors and I am sick of it.

Running a shop on this cheap junk platform is absolutely not recommended. The employees are racist, corrupt and speak Thai only. Bots with prefabricated text modules communicate in the chat; personal contact is not possible.

For a few months I was active on “Shopee” with my shop that sold sports equipment. As sales increased, suddenly products that did "not comply with the sales rules” were repeatedly deleted without warning or justification. However, Thai shops can sell the same products without any problems(...)

The commission fee that are withheld from the sales price are high. In order to show the products to everyone online, you also need paid “ads”. Without this, the goods are listed, but are not visible even if the correct item name is entered directly (...)

It's an impudence and unprofessional business behavior. No wonder competitors like Lazada are getting more and more customers. After this failure, which caused me a lot of trouble but little sales, I will sell on my own website only...

Ordered a pair of sandals from one of their venders (Nuan-), tried to return (size is to big) by first chatting with the seller (Nuan-). They said no. Tried to get in contact with Shopee the published phone # but it is not in operation. Through email Shopee keeps telling me to contact the seller first. Then I tired to change size with the seller, the seller said 'no' because of the negative review I typed. No resolution as of this review. Not a pleasant experience!

order arrive but not delivered and then refund... 2 times in 3 days. The shiping sompany is just useless. no call, no information, just lost of time. avoid delivery with J&T express they are not professional at all.
Much better service with Lazada

I buy a lot online for my company.
Last time I used Shopee, goods not delivered in reception as requested, send somewhere else, try to complain, but only Thai, small amount of money, so gave up, go back to Lazada, where they have a decent English written costumer department.

Es kann man nicht in Worten fassen wie schlecht Shopee Express ist. Pakete liegen tagelang an der Auslieferung Endstelle und niemand bringt das Paket. Nach ein paar Tagen wird es einfach zurück geschickt, ohne jeglichen Grund. Ich weiss nicht warum, zu faul, zu dumm, besoffen.....echt keine Ahnung. Wenn man sich beschwert wird man nur dumm angemacht. Es interessiert niemand was für Zustände hier herrschen. Zum Glück war alles per Nachnahme. Für mich grenzt das schon an Betrug und Kriminalität. Ich habe jetzt mein ganzen Account gecancelt und bestelle nur noch von Lazada, da gibt es bei mir null Probleme.

WARNING: My wife accepted and paid for an item sent C.O.D. to my name and address. She just assumed I had ordered it because we have been ordering a lot online lately. It was junk tennis shoes. I did NOT order. I did have one order in progress with Shopee but per their tracking it had not been shipped yet (after 4 days). Interestingly the price she paid was the actual price of my ordered item. I researched on line and yes this is a scam that is currently being perpetrated. No problem with prepaid items. Use caution.
UPDATED: 03/25. I assumed that Shopee would at the very least help me resolve this issue and get me compensated. After all it was their data that was used to send the phony C.O.D. BOTTOM LINE: They said it was not one of their sellers, so they were not responsible. They gave convoluted legal advice to report to police to obtain a subpoena with intent to sue. Whoa !!!-way too much for 350 baht. They sent the "brush off" via NO-REPLY email. An interesting sub note: If their seller is not responsible why did they immediately BAN the seller that I had the pending (never shipped) order with? I now suspect that the original seller had no intention of sending the ordered product, and just sat on it until the bogus C.O.D. was paid for. I will not order from Shopee again, ever. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

Vert bad. The seller sent something different that I did not order. I sent all details, no reply. I was a regular customer, now I will never look or buy anything from shopee. 👎👎👎👎

One of the largest and most reputable online shopping platforms in Thailand. I found the customer experience to be better than Lazada, which is probably the most common alternative to Shopee.
I've bought things here many times over the past two years, and if you are mindful about which sellers you buy from (check out their seller profile to ensure they have a good amount of transactions and their ratings are good), you'll mostly have positive experiences here.

Be very careful when You order with SHOPEE on COD now! There are a lot of fake shops (most of them look like this: "saixi8bh1c", some letters and some numbers) who only want Your address. They never deliver, but You get probably an COD-parcel that isn´t sent by the seller with Shopee-guarantee, but from another fake-shop without a real address. Check the parcels and the tracking-numbers very carefully before You pay cash on delivery! Tell Your neighbors too that they not accept any parcel for You with COD! I have a list in my computer where I can check the tracking of all my orders. Yesterday there was a delivery attempt with an item I never ordered. The courier wanted me to pay about 300 THB.

Just been scammed on Shopee by a parallel delivery. Basically Shopee's approach is a thieves charter.

Ordered a product with payment on delivery, and a couple of days later received a delivery for the same odd amount.

Paid - from my bank it turns out that was to the delivery driver personally rather than the vendor or courier company - opened the box, mostly air, and found something cheap I hadn't ordered.

My original Shopee order says that it hasn't been despatched so I can't return the 'wrong' product.

The seller is q0pwq_9k0u.

Shopee won't allow me to comment on the purchase as it 'hasn't been shipped yet'.

And I'd need the Shopee app which they won't let me download as Google has an address for me outside Thailand.

Poor customer service. Total ignorance. They don't care. Hard to communicate. They are not interested in solving any problems.

Not just Thai office but also Singapore office.

I am here to warn you about these unserious shops j7ncqz0c4y and h9mp_wqpme at Shopee.

Shopee didn't help to fix this problem either. Very bad!

j7ncqz0c4y and h9mp_wqpme sell a lots of printed tshirts.

Here is my experience of these 2 shops:

I first ordered a tshirt size S from j7ncqz0c4y. They showed pictures of their size guide and S seemed to fit me. They indicated Chest 88 cm and Length 65 cm.
When I received the tshirt, it was cut with hips like a girl's tshirt. Chest was 86 cm and Length 57 cm. Too tight and too short for me. I contacted the shop in the Shopee chat. They first asked me to give to someone else in my family. When I asked them to take responsibility, they said they will send a new one to me, but they never did. It was a big lie. I requested refund of the tshirt. The shop asked me to cancel it and they will send me a new one of size M.
After I cancelled the return, they didn't care.
This shop owner lacks all kinds of business ethics. I asked everyday when they will send. One time they asked me about my address and phone number and later told me on Friday 18 Nov 2022 that they sent it out already. But they didn't of course. It was a big lie.

I then ordered a similar tshirt from another shop called h9mp_wqpme. It surprised me it was the same people running it. Their auto-reply was exactly the same.

This time, the tshirt came in M, but still too small. The fabric was not cotton, but was some polyester mix. The printing had ugly lines. I asked this shop to take responsibility. They did nothing. They didn't send me a new one either.

I am warning you all from buying from shops with names like this. When they cannot put a serious shop name, that is the first warning.

Low quality SCAM company, who rob their customers.

I have made purchase via shopee.co.th, but got wrong item of poor quality (and it was not mistake).

In fact, they simply robbed me by sending me a thing several times cheaper than the one I ordered. The seller did not mark the order as shipped and this order is still hanging in their system as "pending shipment". I take into account that I had several purchases, I noticed this only after receiving. The courier does not allow checking the parcel before payment - this is the company's policy. And after payment, I wrote a complaint to which they simply sent me a reply "contact the police, because in our system the order is not marked as shipped." In fact, this is just a ready-made legalized fraud scheme that this company supports.

I ordered item from Shopee and was being delivered through Thai Post, l get a completely wrong item and it come through Kerry and paid exactly the same money for the Thai post item that l should of got.
I buy through Shopee platform so therefore Shopee should take full responsibility.
All Shopee said was to go to the Police and request a search warrant for the sellers address. Do u think that l am going to do that ?
The seller give false address and false phone number to Kerry so how the hell can the scam seller exist ?

For my son's birthday my wife ordered a graphics card for his PC. Never arrived and Shopee paid the "supplier".

No card, 10,000B gone. Zero help from Shopee

เพราะฉะนั้นท่านทั้งหลาย อย่าได้เสี่ยงเข้าไปซื้อ อย่าได้ตกเป็นเหยื่อรายต่อไป ด้วยการใช้บริการของ Shopee… และช่วยกรุณา บอกต่อๆ กันไปด้วย “พวกเราต้องช่วยกัน”
