Always problems, no support, nothing ! BAD

I bought some oats on shopee, the oats never made it to me. Shopee received my refund money from the seller, which is odd to me… why would it not be directed back to me? And shopee wanted me to do some huge, laborious amount of paperwork to get the refund. Not acceptable.

Good prices. Service is a bit slow.

Lots of products assortment. Average customer service and application interface.

Disgusting service, payment process is made in such a way to test ones nerves and patience, absolutely to be avoided unless you dont have any other choice, ... also feel the need to mention thet the delivery times are not up to the 21st century standards, ... where are you sending the items from, ... the 1990s?

Shopee privileges the phone app. Meaning shopping on a computer doesn't work properly. It seems they not care about the dangers pushing "only" phone use. Don't we have yet enough people playing on the phone while driving? Well Shopee encourages such behaviour.
Than there is no english version, the switch button Thai/English is there but the switch to english inexistent. All in all Shopee is quite a bad alternative to other online shops, even their prices are sometimes cheaper .... for those who agree with such a poor service and mentality.

Total scam site, sellers aren't genuine, the refund process is designed so that you will never get your money back, they constantly ask for evidence, just to constantly delay any refund in the hope that you will get fed up and leave. A complete scam in every sense. Do not use them.

Shopee doesn't refund me my money
Shopee has to refund me 4 items and the customer care service has no insights of the accounting... With Screenshots I have proved 100% that Shopee didn't refund me my money. The customer care wrote me that they have done the refund of one item, the other items they ignored. Again, no prove or evidence from the Customer Care. The problem is that the Customer care cannot check the accounting! I have no chance to get my money back.
It is actually much worse... Shopee in Thailand that is owned by Shopee Singapore is actually a total spam firm... The customer care service in Thailand explained me that they do not have or can look in the record of their customer wallet account! So that I have to prove how the money were transferred or not transferred in my case. Imagine you have an account called wallet with that you can transfer money, pay money and they don't have any record of the any transaction! That was telling me Shopee. In China they have checked Alipay and other typical money transfer action from Jack Ma and closed his Alipay so that Alipay has to be a structured like a bank. Exactly the same spam is doing Shopee with their wallet account..,. You don't get any bank statement of any transaction done from your wallet account. I will go to the police in 14 days if I don't get the bank statement of the last 2 months. And Shopee said that they don't have any or cannot see the record of my wallet account! That is total spam and it is a crime in my case! I need the support of all of you to do a criminal lawsuit against Shopee

Is this a joke company that just takes your money and runs? Or just a typical Thai company that doesn't care less about its so-called "customers"? Hard to tell. They're good at taking your money though. Good luck getting anything back!

Worst ever registration process, checkout process, anything that they do is out of order. 90% Thai interface (yes, I'm registered and my language is English, not counting my browser headers telling them I don't speak thai), totally clumsy and wide search (even I precisely said what I need I see bunch of useless stuff). Payment and binding the card was some painful pain. The only EVER reason I went through this hell is the camera I ordered was 7,500 there and 10,000 on lazada. But that's I guess is their business modes - burn investors money on discounts not on the product development. Well, I am happy to save USD 80 for this reason.
