There can be no worse. Very long delivery times and inefficient logistical support by ignoring emails or giving false information for their benefit. more than 3 weeks because they appear on the app delivery to the carrier while several days ago they had already falsely confirmed that the shipment had taken place. false answers from both shopflix and the purchase store (Diogenistore). False and unreliable

Αγόρασα ακουστικά από την επίσημη ιστοσελίδα shopflix και σύντομα διαπίστωσα ότι το προϊόν δεν ήταν γνήσιο. Από τότε προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω για να βρεθεί λύση, αλλά η εξυπηρέτηση είναι ανύπαρκτη.

Η μόνη "βοήθεια" που έλαβα από την εταιρεία ήταν να μου δίνουν επανειλημμένα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας από το κατάστημα που, όπως ισχυρίζονται, ήταν ο προμηθευτής τους. Μάλιστα, τα στοιχεία αυτά αφορούσαν ακόμα και υπαλλήλους που δεν εργάζονται πια εκεί. Αντί να αναλάβουν την ευθύνη ως πωλητής, με παρέπεμπαν συνεχώς αλλού, χωρίς καμία ουσιαστική διάθεση να λύσουν το πρόβλημα.

Από τον Ιανουάριο αντιμετωπίζω αυτή την κατάσταση, χωρίς καμία πραγματική υποστήριξη, ούτε σε επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης ούτε σε επίπεδο προστασίας καταναλωτή. Δεν αποδέχομαι τη δικαιολογία ότι το προϊόν προέρχεται από τρίτο – η αγορά έγινε μέσω της δικής τους πλατφόρμας και η ευθύνη είναι δική τους.

Μηδενική αξιοπιστία, μηδενική εξυπηρέτηση, καμία υπευθυνότητα. Δεν συνιστώ σε κανέναν να αγοράσει από την εταιρεία αυτή.

1 cause I bought two iPhone 12 Pro silicone cases and on site they said that they are genuine apple cases which was not correct , so I got 2 iPhone 12 Pro cases fake ones that they supposed to be legit I don’t recommend this garbage of an site fist and last time I’m ordering from there and they got almost 2 weeks to send the stuff which they said it would take only 2-3 not recommend it stay away!

I ordered for 2 different accounts 2 or 3 times. Every time they were not punctual to their delivery. They blame the courier and the courier blames them. I have been every time forced to wait for the delivery service at home for no reason. Really bad.

Η περιγραφή του προϊόντος δεν ήταν διασταυρωμενη με του καταστήματος και πράγματα δεν περιλαμβάνονταν στο πακέτο μου.

1st and last time I order from Shopflix.
I rcvd opened and used item!
It was extremely difficult to return the item.
Haven't rcvd my money back yet. Lets see....

I have ordered a phone as a gift since Christmas and it never arrived. While they promised me some feedback, i have got to date no information regarding the status of my order

Not trustworthy. I ordered BAURER's massager, as per picture in the advert, which is made in Germany, (and I know how it should look and work like because I already have one), but received fake Chinese copy that did not work at all as the original, only looked similar (with many important details different of course). If that massager was in the advert's picture I would never buy it but in the advert was BAURER's massager with their logo clearly visible on it. I sent the message to SHOPFLIX customer service alerting them to the fake product and its seller, but to this day I did not get any response.

Προσοχή. Πήρα μια χτένα και μου ήρθε άλλη. Πήρα μια τοστιέρα και μ ήρθε άλλη. Κ όταν τους είπα ότι μου φέρανε λάθος προϊόν η απάντηση τους ήταν πως έσκισα το κουτί και την σακούλα οπότε δεν μπορούσαν να την δεχτούνε πίσω. Και τις δύο φορές. Για την χτένα οκ, κόστιζε 10 ευρώ. Η τοστιέρα ομως ήταν smeg για επαγγελματικό χώρο. Ντροπή σας. Ντροπή.

Πραγματοποίησα παραγγελία στα μέσα Αυγούστου για μπαταρία Nokia. Μου έστειλαν μπαταρία τύπου Nokia & όχι αυθεντική. Πραγματοποίησα άμεση επιστροφή του προϊόντος και από τότε ΔΕΝ μου επέστρεψαν τα λεφτά πίσω ποτέ. Έχω επικοινωνήσει αρκετές φορές μαζί τους με email, η απάντηση τους είναι ότι θα ενημερωθώ με email… έλαβα email 23/12 ότι η επιστροφή μου ακυρώθηκε (;) και αφού τους ξαναρώτησα πότε θα μου επιστρέψουν το ποσό, επικοινώνησαν τηλεφωνικά μαζί μου & μου ζήτησαν αριθμό τράπεζας για να μου κάνουν κατάθεση… & όμως ΜΕΧΡΙ ΤΩΡΑ δεν έχουν επιστρέψει το ποσό!!! Προσοχή στις αγορές σας! Δεν είναι επαγγελματίες!

Not trustworthy. I placed an order with a delivery time of 2-4 days, it took 2 weeks to deliver.

Ordered a bluetooth receiver, due to the delivery dates they had i needed it for a present. The product was stuck on the Courier for 4 days. They dont answered there is no telephone number there was no way to cancel the order. No info no way to contact them only send automated answer. Unfortunaly i didnt check the trustpilot to see some reviews...

It took shopflix 4 whole days to let me know that the items i had ordered are not available. Now they are returning the money, hopefully....

Avoid them (they should not have the items as available in the first place)

How is this place legal?? How has it not been shut down by the police? They take your money online and then disappear - no receipt is emailed to you, and no product. They are thieves. it is incredible they can get away with this.

Shopflix got an order for a phone at 15/11. They then forgot to send it to the cooperating shop and after I contacted them again to find out where my order was (it was supposed to be here at 21/11) they told me that they were sending it then. After that i called again at 26,27 and 30 November with no luck since they claim that there is nothing they can do and that the courier company has delays. First of all since it was their mistake to start with they should have paid for express delivery to a dissatisfied client, which they obviously didn't and secondly they do not even know when my order will be here. It is all unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly propose that nobody uses this shop for shopping. Use skroutz instead or any other eshop would be more reliable than shopflix

Terrible company! You have to wait ages for delivery! Don't trust their 2-3 day promise; it took 15 days from Athens to Thessaloniki!!!

Από τις χειρότερες εμπειρίες. Μπήκα στη διαδικασία να κάνω τη παραγγελία μέσω shopflix γιατί (δήθεν φημίζεται για την αμεσότητα εξυπηρέτησης) και η παραγγελία μου έφτασε μετά από 14 μέρες όπου προοριζόταν για επαγγελματικό χώρο και δημιούργησε μεγάλο πρόβλημα στην επιχείρηση. Το χειρότερο είναι ότι δεν είχα καμία ενημέρωση από την εταιρεία.
