Παρήγγειλα στις 8/10/2024 ένα σετ δύο ηλεκτρικών οδοντοβουρτσών από την Pharmacypoint. αρ. παραγγελίας 013716904597. Σήμερα 17/10/2024 ακόμα δεν έχω παραλάβει, ενώ το κατάστημα βρίσκεται στο Μέτσοβο και εγώ μένω Θεσσαλονίκη. Ακόμα χειρότερα, μετά από επικοινωνία που είχα με την εταιρεία με παρέπεμψαν στην εταιρεία courier, η οποία, τι έκπληξη, δεν απαντά κανείς στο τηλέφωνο και με έχουν σε αναμονή εδώ και 42 λεπτά. Συνδέθηκα με την διαδικτυακή παρακολούθηση της παραγγελίας μου και αναφέρει ότι σήμερα στις 8.36 το πρωί υπήρξε αποτυχημένη προσπάθεια παράδοσης του πακέτου, ενώ έδωσα τη διεύθυνση εργασίας μου και εδώ υπάρχουν δεκάδες υπάλληλοι και φυσικά κανείς δεν είδε τον διανομέα, διότι δεν ήρθε καν! Εν τω μεταξύ ούτε ένα μήνημα το κινητό, ούτε ένα τηλεφώνημα! Απαράδεκτοι επαγγελματίες, εννοείται ότι δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να ξαναπαραγγείλω από αυτούς του άσχετους και ψεύτες!

Αγόρασα λευκή συσκευή με επιλογή άτοκων δόσεων απο την checkout. Η πληρωμή έγινε με ολόκληρο το ποσό με αποτέλεσμα να γίνει η αποπληρωμή με 100+ ευρώ από την αρχική της τιμή εφόσον δεν μπόρεσα να καλύψω ολόκληρο το ποσό.

Μίλησα με την τράπεζα και με το shopflix. Οί πρώτοι μου είπαν ότι στην αγορά δεν είχαν μπεί οι δόσεις.

Απο shopflix (όταν κατάφερα να βρώ κάπου ενα τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας αφού στο site δεν έχουν) μου είπαν οτι η επιλογή των δόσεων χρειάζεται να ξαναγίνει στο περιβάλλον που εισάγω τα στοιχεία της κάρτας μου. Κάτι τέτοιο δεν είδα πουθενά.

Πρόσφατα επιχείρησα να αγοράσω ένα ακόμα προϊόν. Οι άτοκες δόσεις δεν εμφανίστηκαν πουθενά. Το αφαίρεσα από το καλάθι.

Scam. Items in the website photos is not what they send. They don't have a phone number to attend customers. You basically lose your money

Δυστυχώς, η εμπειρία μου με την πλατφόρμα shopflix ηταν απαραδεκτη. Αν και το προϊόν που παρέλαβα δεν ήταν αυτό που είχα παραγγείλει, η αρχική εξυπηρέτηση από την πλατφόρμα ήταν απογοητευτική, καθώς μου είπαν ότι δεν μπορούσε να γίνει επιστροφή, παρά το γεγονός ότι το λάθος ήταν δικό τους. Ευτυχώς, μετα απο δικια μου επικοινωνια, το κατάστημα από το οποίο έγινε η αγορά (youmatter) και ο ευγενικός κ. Ιάσωνας, ανέλαβαν να διορθώσουν την κατάσταση. Η επιστροφή εγκρίθηκε χάρη στην εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση του καταστήματος, όμως η shopflix δεν με ενημέρωσε καθολου. Χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσω ξανά εγώ για να προχωρήσει η διαδικασία. Το μόνο θετικό σε αυτή την εμπειρία ήταν η άψογη συνεργασία με το κατάστημα youmatter.

All the time making purchases from shopflix.gr are great and delivered fast

Absolutely the worst service ever. Their courier is not aligned at all. I order from Germany and it’s at my home in 4-5 days and I ordered from shopflix within the country and it took 13 days. The package was held at some storage for 6-7 days and eventually they took it to a clever point when I complained. Not to mention they don’t answer the phone. I would not use them again for sure, it’s not worth the stress.

I bought 4 items, sent 3 and no response about it. No communication. Never again.

If I could rate this wanna be shop with minus, I would. I ordered an Iphone from them, seeing that it is ready to deliver. Then I send them an email asking (just to be sure, since my previous phone broke and I needed a new one immediately) if they will indeed send it to me as soon as possible. They told me that there is a problem with their system so the delivery status of the items is not the ones depicted in their site. I did the purchase via debit card using
installments. So then I emailed them again, asking what is the procedure IF I cancel the purchase since I used my debit card with installments, they explained to me that the money will be transfered to me in installments every month (which of course I did not want) and as of a suden, I got an email saying that my purchase was cancelled. I never asked for cancellation and I was then charged in my debit card meaning there was not enough money to make another purchase. After 1-2 months making calls both to them and to my bank, they issued a credit invoice with the total amount BUT the bank they are working with, did not make a charge and a credit in my bank account with the total amount, so I did manage to purchase another phone since the ammount was not depicted as committed BUT I still get chardeg every month with the installment of the purchase, and then there is a credit with less amount of the charge, meaning not only I am going to have a charge and a credit every month for the number of installments I then chose, but I will be also charged with a really small amount (but ofc it is not the case) every month. And all this is because someone of shopflix decide to cancel my purchase WITHOUT my demand. They are horrible and please, do a favor and choose another shop to make your purchases, they do not deserve our money. For the record, I am still trying to find a solution for my case since I need to close my debit card and I dannot due to them.

Ordered a bluetooth receiver, due to the delivery dates they had (i needed it, asap, for a road trip) the product was stuck on the Courier center for 3 days. They NEVER answered, there is no telephone number on the site to contact though i found the it and hopefully the contact was instant, they were very helpfull but the job was not completed, the courier company NEVER answered ... there was no way to cancel the order!!!
On 03/08/2024 i personally droped by the courier service company to receive the item, shopflix did send the product on time, while the courier company made all the delays, and finally, i reached to complete the purchace. Τhey need to up their delivery game.

They are not consistent with product delivery dates. They give false excuses. Order tracking either provides inaccurate information or doesn't work at all in many cases. They don't respond to inquiries they receive. Unreliable. It's preferable to buy directly from stores

Η μετα-πωλητική υποστήριξη είναι πολύ κακή. Δεν απαντάνε στα email παρά μόνο με τυποποιημένα μηνύματα.

Μία παραγγελία έκανα δοκιμαστικά, από την πλατφόρμα, και όταν ζήτησα να μου αποσταλεί ο αριθμός tracking δεν έλαβα καμία απάντηση. Μόνο ένα τυποποιημένο μήνυμα, από το σύστημα, ότι "θα το κοιτάξουν".

Επίσης παρέλαβα ελλιπή ποσότητα, των προϊόντων που παρήγγειλα, και δεν είχα κάποια υποστήριξη από εκπρόσωπο του shopflix. Για ακόμη μία φορά έλαβα τυποποιημένα μηνύματα. Μικρή βέβαια η ζημιά των 3 ευρώ αλλά δείχνει την νοοτροπία.

Δεν την προτείνω και δεν θα την ξανά-προτιμήσω

I ordered a microwave and, as I pressed the button to go forward, their system proceeded with three orders of the same product! In less that 5 minutes I received 3 e-mails confirming my orders and their delivery! I immediately contacted them via e-mail and chatbot in order for me to cancel 2 of the orders, and they told me that at this stage a cancellation was impossible and that I could just deny to receive them when they arrive. I insisted that it was their fault because this was a system failure of their own. At the end I decided to spam them via all their communication channels and on the next day they finally cancelled all the 3 orders. Fortunately I made the choice of payment upon delivery, as it was the first (and surely the last) time I ordered something from them. I don't want to imagine what would have happened with my money if I had paid with card!

I have received a broken product, I followed their instructions to send it back to them withing the first 14 days in order to get a refund. When they receive it back they even blame you that you broke the product.They took the product and they kept the money. Pretty similar to scammers. They literally stole my money. I recommend to everyone not to use this site and if you have used it and had similar issues to ask a chargeback from your bank, as this is a fraud. Visa or Mastercard will do the rest after.
