I had a complaint but it was dealt with professionally and promptly. I have obtained notification of a refund which is pending. No hassle or dragging of feet I must say thank you for listening to me.

I can not speak English , Schnelle Reaktion auf Deutsch zu meiner Kündigung
Wie ich mal zu Shopgogifts gekommen bin, weiß ich gar nicht. Ich habe das Format noch NIE genutzt. Zahle aber jeden Monat Geld - jetzt will ich nur noch raus ! ! !
Ich gehöre zu der Generation, die KEIN Englisch spricht und kann kaum mit dem Chat-Partner kommunizieren.

Did a promotion on line for washing…

Did a promotion on line for washing products (Ariel) paid €2 postage, and they trying now to withdraw €35 from my account Will be notifying fraud squad at bank tomorrow. Avoid, had my doubts as soon as I completed the transaction. If a offer is too good to be true, well it always is
Had contact with bank, and apparently they make you a member unbeknownst to you, and charge a subscription. Avoid this company. Does any one have a contact no for this company, or website. Looking for return of this money. Now 10 days on, just wonder when the ‘Ariel’ products are to arrive, never I think
