They finally listened to my query and came to a solution

I made a subscription but I ended up enquiring for it. So after I enquired for it I ended up wanting to cancel the subscription. So I was chatting with the workers online about my subscription and me wanting to cancel it. The workers were very nice and kind to me, they talked to me with respect. They were so humble and they made sure I understand what they are telling me. So am really greatful for the way I was treated by the workers

They are asking me for 4-5 star rate their shop in order to refund the money which was intended for a bag.

Ich bin leider auch auf die Abo-Falle reingefallen. Ich habe dieses Abo überhaupt nicht bemerkt und es erst bei der Abbuchung vom Konto gesehen - und das leider auch nicht sofort. Ich habe jetzt gekündigt und hoffe, dass das vom Tisch ist.

Anstelle des Kaufs einer deLonghi Kaffeemaschine für € 9.90 aus einer Werbung auf Facebook hatte ich nach der Bezahlung plötzlich ein "VIP"-Abo für 3 Tage in Shopgogifts.com. In diesem Shop gibt es diese Kaffeemashine gar nicht! Dieses Abo kann man erst nach 24 Stunden kündigen, mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 14 Tagen!!! Am gleichen nach ca 1 Stunde(!) kommt bereits die Mitteilung, dass eine "Aufladung" des Kontos um € 63.00 innert 3 Tagen erfolgen werde. Ein "Überspringen" dieser Aufladung funktioniert NICHT, obwohl dies im Mail wie auch in den AGB versprochen wird!!! Die Aufladung erfolgt dann, obwohl das Konto nach 24 Stunden in Kündigung gesetzt wurde! All das ist schlicht und einfach BETRUG!!!
Aufgrund meiner 1-Sterne Bewertung in Trustpilot, wurde mir (von Ms Violet, Escalation Team) eine Rückerstattung der € 63 versprochen, wenn ich diese Bewertung auf 4 Sterne korrigieren würde. Das habe ich gemacht, jedoch wurde dann nachträglich (von einer Sally, Customer Support) mitgeteilt, dass keine Rückerstattung möglich sei.
Nun wurde mir trotz meiner erneuten Anfrage, wieder gesagt, dass keine Rückerstattung erfolgen werde, was nun dazu führt, dass ich die Trustpilot Bewertung mit diesem Kommentar auf 1 Stern zurücksetze.
Ihre "Grosszügige" Haltung in Ihrem betrügerischen Handel ist ein grandioses "Vorbild" für das Internetshopping!!!
