What a fantastic experience I had dealing with Sigma Car Stereos. Communication was excellent and exactly the right head unit arrived here in NZ within 4 days of ordering.
I couldn’t be more happy. Double thumbs up!!

No question that Sigma have a total commitment to service and customer satisfaction. They (mostly Khan) were very responsive and helpful during the installation of an Apple Carplay system for a 2011 Maserati, i.e. a customised system. After some early installation glitches, which might have been helped by more up-front information, it now works well. The product is very good. However I have to workaround a couple of physical switches on the dashboard due to a slight mismatch in the configuation. Not a major and I would certainly use this company again if the product proves to be reliable. So far, so good. Thanks Khan

I just mounted the screen and the camera to my car, All parts came in the package as promised, including the wireless CarPlay which I bought separately. Excellent and professional customer service, They responded immediately even weekend night and helped me a lot with the installation. I highly recommend this company and its products.

I have bought two units off Sigma car stereo. Both for Mercs. The units are not fully plug and play as described. I had to liaise on numerous occasions for issues, that included needing wires spliced and general installation difficulties. Yes, Khan provided answers via Whatsapp but these products do not have complete OEM functionality. For example I can no longer adjust the clock in my E350. The products look good but I won't be buying from here again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Takes a few hours to install due to amount of dash to be removed. I'm a total novice and this is the first stereo I have ever installed so anyone could do it. And wow the stereo is amazing I even installed IPTV on it and used my phone as hotspot could not be happier

Bought the 7" in-dash unit for my 2012 Audi A4 Avant, a couple months ago and installed it about 1 month ago. It was definitely a tight fit as advise at the time of purchase because all the wires that need to be sitting behind the unit. I wanted this unit because of the esthetics. I didn’t want to have a tablet like screen sticking outside of the dash. The unit works great after I gave it a factory reset. I also installed the rear camera which works great. Two issues: 1- The wire to the camera was too short. I installed and it reached the camera but broke it when I closed the tailgate. I had to get an extension from Amazon and re-wire it. 2- the USB connection has a weak power output. When using CarPlay with Waze. It barely maintains the battery level on my phone. Verdict that was quite a bit of work. Overall it took about 6-7 hours to do it all. It does work really well, the quality of the screen is great. The wireless CarPlay connects well to my iPhone. And the camera’s guiding lines works with the steering, a nice surprise. Overall I am satisfy. I would give it a 4.5 if I could.

It's been three weeks since I installed the android screen in my BMW E87 (2008).
I haven't got any complaints, seems to work really well. Backwards compatible with BMW CCC system and still able to use all the existing features.

Customer service has been 10 out of 10, I have to code my BMW to enable the flip screen. The Sigman team were really supportive and helped me right thought out the process.

If you're considering an android product in your car, I recommend speaking with the Sigman team.

I just installed an Android capable Head Unit with backup camera for the Fiat Panda (2014); it works really well, plug and play. I opted for the Android Auto pre-installed version - it worked straight out of the box. I am very pleased with my experience and recommend this company; also the customer support is first rate.

I just purchased an android car stereo from Sigma Car Stereo. We had it professionally installed and yes the harness was just a bit oversized and when we pushed in all the cables, the audio cable got pinched and snapped behind the unit. At this point we still didn’t know the issue causing not having sound, but everything else worked, just no sound. Kahn form Sigma spent hours over several days with us on Skype and eventually we found the problem and happy ending.

I just wanted to personally thank Kahn from Sigma Car Stereo for his patience and unbelievable assistance he provided.

I really recommend their car stereo systems, as the support is second to none. Not to mention that the quality of their Stereos is unbelievably of good quality and compatible with any car. Thank you Kahn.

Great device. Works very well. getting it to fully work was a bit tricky as the instructions were not perfect but the Sigma team’s customer service was EXCELLENT. The worked with me to get the problems resolved. Many firms could learn a lot from these guys and how the follow up on customer issues. Well done!

Really nice and helpful sellers, answered any questions I had. I replaced the mini r55 centre console with the android one, and i can say it is well worth the price.

Purchased an apple car play unit for a Prius. Shipped quickly. Was able to install myself and had great help from the few issues I ran into. All works now and is a great upgrade from the stock unit. Would recommend.
