I cant believe It came so quickly, Did it actually come
from China Can't believe!!!!! But just question or two
1. Hope the IGO PRimo is installed No indication that it is in the paper instructions. If not can you send Micro card with it on it. I was told you would install it.
2.THere are no instructions on How to install the unit. Any Help there?

In general, I'm pretty happy with the product and customer service. I learned that the communication over WhatsApp is more efficient than email. I wish guys would provide better documentation especially on head unit plugs definitions and pinouts including Canbus, it would make my installation much faster. Other than that , everything works now and thank Sigma Car Stereo Team.

So let me get this straight
You sold a product with a manufacturing and design fault
And your idea of service and quality
Is to tell the customer to fix it himself
Because that’s the cheapest for YOU?

Really good product for my Countryman 2012. Loving the CarPlay experience

Great products, brought a bespoke unit for my Porsche, had couple of issues installing but Khan is great, replies quickly and gives links to videos etc on how to resolve. Great sounding unit with miles more features than factory unit

Ordered a stereo for a mini. Did not notice where you should click to add CarPlay so had to get the dangle to connect. Your stuck buying their very expensive dangle as it’s the only one that works with this stereo. Tried to work around this without success or help from the company. Got the dangle with no app or link to the app. Sent multiple emails to get the app and received a link that went no where. Now I get no response nor the app and have paid a lot of many for something I can’t use and a stereo I can’t use as intended. Was planning on ordering another stereo but after this ordeal I will order nothing.

Although they unfortunately did not have a head unit for my S5 I had ordered one and paid with a dash cam they double checked my order and found it was not suitable , they took the time and effort and refunded me with out question and did so promptly ! I thank Khan so much for his help .

I purchased an auto media system for my Fiat 500 from Sigma Car Stereo. Th customer service was excellent. They answered the myriad of questions that I had before my purchase. I bought the system from them at a reasonable price. It was delivered to me very quickly. It was completely pre-wired with a plug and play harness. It took no more than an hour to install. They answered some questions immediately about the installation. Now it is working great. I highly recommend Sigma!

Absolutely banging service from delivery to technical help from the guys.
Had a few issues installing the product on my audi q3 (totally my fault) after a couple of emails I was told what I'd done wrong and they had me up and running in a matter of minutes 100% recomend this upgrade to anyone looking to add more features to the car or just looking for a better quality screen ect

I don’t leave reviews unless I’ve had very bad or very good service. The service from Sigma has been spot on. They answered a lot of questions up front to identify the right head unit and then supported me during the install by answering questions via the WhatsApp link on their page. Can’t fault them. Head unit was for an Mini Countryman R60.

Very good quality and runs smoothly with now lagging or crashing I’m very satisfied with this product.

Purchased a radio upgrade for our 2009 Mini Cooper from Sigma Car Stereo. The experience was excellent! Extensive information provided on their website about available products, along with very detailed photos and descriptions to ensure customers select the correct product configuration. Communication with the company staff was also outstanding. The product arrived promptly and fit perfectly after installation. Our 2009 Mini now has up to date technology that works beautifully. And a backup camera was included for free! All in all an excellent choice!

Excellent communication and responsiveness. I ordered the Toyota Avensis 2003-2007 Aftermarket Radio Upgrade DAB (Free Backup Camera), and it came in 3 days before expected original delievery date....was quite surprised by such a speedy shipping! Part works very well. Will definitely look here first if I need anything in the future.
