This product is such a disappointment
This product is such a disappointment. The whole idea of using silk for hair wrap is to reduce the friction and keep the moisture. This is the logic behind all silk products. I have many silk products such as pillow case, eye mask, etc and all are like that. This hair wrap has it's silk and soft side outside and inside has a rough material. I was under expression that they use silk both side, a double layer, but it is not the case. I have used it for a week now and nothing. MY hair didn't change a bit. I don't know what those 5 stars are about. I would give no star if possible. Don't pay $100 for piece of nothing.

Would give no stars if possible
Would give no stars if possible. Shocking customer service. Refused to cancel an order and knowingly sent it to the wrong address. I had to go to my bank for a chargeback after they ignored my emails. Avoid.

Don’t waste your money
The product falls off nightly meaning that any supposed benefits from wearing it are null and void. After contacting their customer service I was informed that the product is ‘fit for purpose’ and doesn’t qualify for a refund. The alternate is for me to send it at a cost to myself for them to assess the width. I don’t have a pea head and shouldn’t be any further out of pocket. They obviously delete all negative comments from their social media. MINUS 5 STARS
