Bad customer service

Bad customer service. Allowed the payment to go through knowing they have no stock, been over a week and still no refund issues to my bank, will never shop here again.

Great Customer Service

I was very worried that my order would not arrive in time. After talking to one of the staff in customer services, he reassured me that the item should be with me before Christmas. It arrived today. Thank you Silk’n.

I ordered on the 16th with next day…

I ordered on the 16th with next day delivery. It didn’t arrive until the 23rd. I also found it suspicious that it managed to arrive after sending an email to customer service. Not great service at all.

Beware of postage cost

So iam very annoyed about the cost of delivery..2 small.toothbrush replacement heads and cost almost £8 arrived in a huge cardboard package ,honestly ridiculous and not justified.

The blue light keeps flashing

Fijn en comfortabel in gebruik LED gezichtsmasker

Ik gebruik hem al bijna 3 weken en zie merkbare verschil. Mijn gezicht ziet er stralender uit. Vooral onder de ogen. Pigment vlek is tinter lichter. Handig in gebruik. Was er meteen weg van.

A Positive Experience from Start to Finish

My experience with Silk’n has been excellent. The delivery was fast, everything arrived safely and well packaged, and the whole shopping process felt smooth and professional.

I really appreciate the clear instructions included with the device, and the helpful guides and tutorial videos on their website make it easy to get started. Customer service and communication have also been great, I even received an email with instructions in advance, which shows real attention to detail.

Overall, Silk’n has given me a lot of confidence in their service, and I would definitely recommend them and order again in the future.

Silk'n, great service with detailed instructions!

My experience with Silk'n has been really good, with fast shipping that arrived safely and on time. Fast delivery and reliable service

My experience with Silk’n has been very positive. The delivery was fast, and everything arrived in good condition, although the product packaging was slightly dented. The communication and overall process were smooth and professional. I would definitely recommend Silk’n and look forward to trying more of their products.

Extraordinarily bad

Extraordinarily bad. I ordered 2 Toothbrush heads on 3rd September. I have been a customer for over 4 years and have ordered toothbrush heads a number of times beforewith no problem but this time they did not get delivered as expected. When I enquired about the delivery I was told they had been delivered on the 4th September the next day and was shown a photograph to prove this. The photograph was not of my front door and now I am just getting ignored. I have sent emails but just keep getting told they will get back to me in 2 days. I have searched to find if there is any way of getting hold of the replacement heads but this seems to be the only way. Considering how much this toothbrush cost in the first place I am saddened that this is how this company treats its customers.

Great service and super fast delivery. I have been using both their hair products and LED products for a while now and I am always happy with the quality.
