Take full advantage of the free-of-charge remote training to get the most out of your investment. Ten minutes of training can save hours in the long run.

Thank you for your review. We value all feedback.

The good reviews are great, but the negative views are how we improve.

We are sorry to hear that you have had such a poor experience with the software and the separate licence keys. This is the first negative feedback we have had on this part of the process/solution.

The two key process is in place for good reason.

The setup key is the software serial number, so follows that licence even when it is transferred to a new PC.

The full key is what allows the user to install fully on one PC, and lock it to that device.

This allows customers to reactivate old licences keys even after years of inactivity, so they do not need to purchase another one.

Nevertheless, it is clear you have had a poor experience with Silver Fox and we express our deepest apologies. We are sorry that the requirement for two separate keys has forced you to review other printing solutions, and hope that your experience with them is better than ours.

I have also spoken to the support team who have told me they have contacted you about your key and are under the impression the matter is resolved. I request you to please contact them if you would like to reopen this ticket, or indeed would like to take advantage of your FREE-OF-CHARGE training on the solution.

Amber gets a lot of praise on our review platforms, and for a good reason: she's a great team member, and contractors such as yourself seem to love speaking to her! A great asset to us at Silver Fox.

We're pleased to hear the payback period for your labelling solution was so short and that you enjoyed the training session.

Remember that you get as many of those as you want, so as and when we release new features that you think you need a bit more training on or a new member of the team joins who you would like to have the training, just get in touch with us, and we can book it in.

Service speed is something we don't take lightly. It's essential for our customers to not only receive their labels quickly but also be able to print them quickly, and if they have challenges that need troubleshooting - we have to be ready to help.

We're glad you enjoy the quality of the products. Unfortunately, the quality alongside the first class service, etc. means we are slightly more expensive than other products in the market.

But we hope we provide enough value with:

- Fast and friendly service

With that, we have to respond quickly and effectively to customer queries.

Amber is still relatively new to the Silver Fox family but is already highly valued and doing a great job working with customers. I will pass on your review to her!

The free training is a heavily utilised part of the service. We believe when someone is investing in our product, they should be fully equipped to use it as well as we do!

- LSZH
- Salt Mist Spray
