Silvertime expertise.
The staff at Silvertime are very easy to work with and know their subject inside out (in our case Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney). Initially from sitting down with their representative, through to filling out the numerous forms and registering them with the legal government office. I was very happy with the service provided.

Very happy with service
Arrived on time for first appointment and I was kept informed when running late for the second one. I was fully informed from start to finish, information wasn't rushed and I had time to digest everything. I would happily recommend the company.

Silvertime is a complete disaster
Silvertime is a complete disaster – stay far away!
We trusted Silvertime with my mother’s estate and a trust account, and it was a total nightmare. A YEAR of ignoring messages, constant excuses, and blaming Metro for their failures – meanwhile, nothing got done. We got a partial refund, but the damage was done.
After five months of their useless “work,” I had to step in and fix everything myself in just three weeks. Every single thing they did had to be scrapped and redone. Unprofessional, incompetent, and utterly unreliable – Silvertime stole our time, Money and caused endless stress, and achieved nothing.
Do yourself a favour: avoid them at all costs.

After reviewing this matter, we found that, delays arose largely due to repeated issues with Metro Bank’s handling of the documents, including long response times, requests for information already provided, and inconsistent updates. As this process was no longer progressing in a way that met our standards or served your best interests, we made the decision to issue a refund and advised that dealing with the bank in person would be the quickest and easiest option. We always aim to provide the best possible service for our clients, and we regret that this experience fell short.

Peace of Mind made Easy
It wasn't as complicated to sort out as we thought it may have been and considering the time of year, drawn up quite quickly. David made sure we were happy with the documents to proceed with completion.
Our return of them took slightly longer than we would have liked but we were not badgered about this.

Will and power of attorney
We had a home visit after meeting Bruce at our local friendship club.
Everything was explained to us so we could understand. No legal jargon.
While waiting for paperwork to be completed, the office kept us in touch with an email.
