Hair is absolutely beautiful.

I received the wig, and it was a different wig than the pictures. I payed extra for a bleached lace and the lace wasn’t bleached. I’ve tried to talk to the customer service because I would like to receive a partial refund because I payed for something I didn’t get. But they are not helpful at all. They said that the wigs can be a little different than the pictures but that’s not what their website said. Now they won’t react on my mail anymore.

if I could give a -0 star I would ! I had to wait 2 weeks for my order to be shipped. Let’s not even talk about the crazyness of the customer service ??? Without the person running the insta account I don’t think I would have received this wig this month.

I was not my first time ordering but might be the last even though none of this happened before and the quality of the hair is on point !

It easy to find quality wig of choice and the length on your website, this is my second order, the first order was good I like the quality.your delivery service is great with FedEx.

if i could rate less than one i would. they are scammers. i bought a wig which came with brown strands , scanty and the wrong length. They asked me to send a video which i sent on social media and email. i have sent an emailed begging them as the wig cost a lot of money for me. ive received no response and i cant use the wig. im so heart broken by this awful experience of being scammed. it seems they are targetting Black women and scamming us all.

Their response is nonsense this is my first order there has never been a previous order and they have all the details. THIS IS A SCAM

The quality is amazing!

I'm stil waiting for my refund. I have email them a coupple of times, but i don't get any respond. My advise is don't buy any wig here.

Package took much longer than expected!

I read the shipping guidelines on their website it was not accurate at all I ordered my wigs on February 25 and they were just shipped on 3/9!!! The customer service was all over the place also I will be glad to rate the wigs once I receive them

I absolutely love this wig!! The color is awesome, no shedding and curled really well. I would definitely recommend it!! Wore it for my birthday brunch!!

This review is from a previous hair that I purchased at Simidola. The hair was good at first but after washing it twice and taking proper care of it, it already looks and feels different/stiff. It has less curls, tangles alot and lost alot of hair at the lace part. I purchased one again to see if this one will be better.

I went on vacation with My fiets wig what i order . It dient last a month and The hair is comming out of The lace.

Horrible communication!!!! I've emailed them 5x to return my order. I'm still waiting on a response.
