I was a bit hesitant about contacting Simplify Debt as I was ashamed at myself for letting my debts get into such a state. But from the moment I contacted them I spoke with a gentleman called Micheal, from the very beginning he went above and beyond his call of duty, from messaging me through WhatsApp to email and calling me at times that suited me,he kept me up to date with everything, he talked me through every bit of the process step by step. He is a pleasure to talk to, very informative and amazing at his job. Micheal you deserve a pay rise or promotion because you have helped me more than you realise. Thank you.

Aisling was just amazing from start to finish. So professional yet friendly and approachable, and clearly knows her stuff. Although they cannot actually advise you what to do, it has to be just her giving information and you making your own decision, she knew right away which option would be the best for me and my situation. Once she had given me all of the options and I had chosen what I thought was best for me, she agreed that was what she had suspected and she got immediately to work on getting the ball rolling. She was constantly in touch to make sure I had what I needed from the insolvency practitioner and if not would get straight onto them. Everything was explained simply and I barely had to lift a finger. The support from the start is invaluable when you have so much stress of finances looming over you like a black cloud. There was never any judgement, just understanding and support. I would 100% recommend for help if you are struggling with your finances! Don’t wait, just go for it!

Having got into financial difficulty I decided to try and solve all of this by using SimplifyDebt.

Personally like to thank aisling for the help and time she put into setting up my application. She was very friendly and helpful on the phone, explained things clearly and simply to me wich was a big help. Any questions i had she ran through to make sure i understood them correctly before submitting my application. Couldn't have asked for better help and more than anything, understanding. Martin and Jordan put me at ease through the whole thing, explaining everything in detail, even over and over again when I had forgotten certain things. They go above and beyond and they seem really happy to help. Would recommend anyone struggling with debt to get in touch and see what your options are.

Couldn’t recommend enough! Michael was amazing from start to finish. I Was a little nervous and worried when starting off but Michael reassured me and helped as much as possible. Nothing was a problem for him. Went through all the information in detail with me and helped me through it all. Even after it all they are still on hand to help me with any questions.
