Simply Moving レビュー 

The movers were pleasant enough. However, we did not see them as truly experienced movers. They were a sub to Simply Moving - which I was told is normal - but wasn't the case when we the friends who recommended them used them. I would have liked to have known we would have a sub prior to them showing up.

The most disturbing thing was that the head mover told us to pay him in cash for extras and their tip prior to any moving being completed!

I called Simply Moving and spoke to our rep and to Rock who told me NOT to pay them anything that our agreement was with Simply Moving.

We did count all the boxes and items moved and compared them to the estimate and agreed on the final total with Rock.

I have to say a number of our pieces of furniture were scratched. A door into one of the offices was scratched....and a file cabinet was bent making it now difficult to open one of the drawers. As I said before, these were not experienced movers. We felt we got the "C" team for sure.

My boss did tip them after they were done. It was a long day for all of us.

I am not sure that I would use this company again unless we were assured that we had Simply Moving and NOT a sub.

Everything was perfect and smooth and they showed up early. Great crew.

Nikolai and his crew of two additional men were incredibly efficient in helping me move out of my NYC apartment. I had a slightly strange move, with two stops in different locations in Massachusetts, and they had no problem with this request. They showed up on time (at the beginning of the window they provided) and were very careful with my stuff- nothing was damaged in the move. They even threw my bike into their truck for no additional cost, so I wouldn't have to get my bike rack hooked up to my car. It was lightly raining on my moving day, and they took great care not to get anything wet that could be damaged. They were incredibly polite and friendly- I would absolutely recommend them.

Ricardo, Clark, and Patrick from Simply Moving were professional and polite. They made my move so much better than I could've imagined. I will definitely use this company again!

They were a about 20 min late, but we're so fast at packing and delivering my items. Everything arrived and only one thing broke (salt-shaker), and all I had to do was unpack. I live in a several floor walk-up, so props to them for managing that.

I booked them last minute and they still gave me a great deal. They were very nice and careful with my things. I would recommend them to anyone!

They were both very professional and actually came early. There was no damage to any of our items. It really made the process a lot easier. Grateful for their wonderful service.

The staff and movers at Simply Moving were excellent. The movers worked quickly and efficiently. They were extremely helpful in putting boxes and furniture in their proper place. Movers were polite and eager to please. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mover and would most definitely use them again.

Movers showed up on time, personally introduced themselves, and were friendly, quick and professional. Would definitely use them again!

They were the bomb

We all know that moving can be terrible, and I've moved so often that I'm used to renting a truck and doing everything myself with a friend or two. This time, I wanted to give myself a break and I'm so glad I did. First of all, the fact that they charge by inventory and not by the hour is a Godsend, because although they moved swiftly, there wasn't that terrible "ticking clock" feeling as with other movers.

Gregory and the team were so sweet and professional on both ends of the move, and they even arrived earlier in the time frame, per my request, which I knew they couldn't guarantee but they came through for me anyway. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism and kindness and I know I'll be calling them again soon since I move so often and they've shown me how stress-free it can be with them.

I booked Simply Moving 2 days before the end of my lease and the were able to accommodate my narrow time frame. The team was very professional, friendly and efficient. My furniture arrived in perfect condition and they took care not to scuff the floor while arranging everything to my specifications. The total cost was the estimated fee given over the phone during my initial booking. I would definitely recommend Simply Moving to anyone looking for movers.

The price they give you is the price it is, no hustle.

Simply Moving is exactly what all the good reviews tell you. My boyfriend and I moved a 1 bedroom from Hell's Kitchen to Financial District, and we were quoted the lowest price out of about 10-11 moving companies in NYC. Not only was the quote firm (no hidden fees/charges), the movers were on time, friendly, and all of our items arrived in the same condition they left in. We would absolutely recommend Simply for a quick and painless move.

The most helpful crew. They showed up on time, moved our items down the three story walkup, took our items to the new address and got done right on time for our alloted usage of the elevator.
Will definitely do business again for any of our moving needs.
