5 stars all day long. After me making a cockup with my order. Customer service instantly responded to resolve my mistake. No hassle , no problem. You don't find that in many places these days. From this day forward Sim Tropical will be my goto fish supplier. Top job . Recommend to anybody wanting aquatics.

I cant quite believe that i can get fish through the post! When i first started keeping fish I couldn't have dreamt of receiving any kind of fish in the post but I ordered a Bristlenose Pleco and five Premium Bettas and they came fast and shipped in temperature controlled boxes with everything alive and well. Just amazing thanks again

What the hell!! Not only were the fishes all in great health and condition I felt like there was even no need for isolation in a separate tank when the fishes arrived the water they were in had good parameters slightly on the colder side but perfectly whiting range, a tiny spike of ammonia but only due to the long time with the fish being in there after temp acclimation and then drip acclimation they were moved on to my main display tank and they are super interactive and healthy to make it even better they didn’t have a 30£ Eel that I ordered so they got in touch with me and switched it with a larger 100£ Eel free of charge for me, 🤣🤣 forever suggest Sims Tropical Fish to everyone else in the hobby for the rest of my life they have an option to place a new order and add it to an existing order that’s arriving soon so I always end up ordering more before the delivery date but that’s super convenient method for both us and them 10/10 in every aspect highly recommend 👍🏼👌

from start to finish there was great communication from ordering to delivery. packaged well, fish have arrived looking really healthy. only ordered tuesday evening and arrived thursday morning. over all really please with my koi bettas i received and will 100% use sims tropical fish from now on when buying more

Ordered a full moon pink betta fish, she turned up and is perfect condition, happy , healthy and even comes up to the front of the tank when you walk into the room! Very friendly x although she is red and white, not pink like I ordered, I’m so happy with her and she’s so cute! Thank you sims tropical fish x

I tried several online tropical fish sellers and Sims Tropical Fish has always been the one outclassing its competitors for me.
4 orders already. Each time, fish and invertebrates arrive perfectly conditioned, healthy and free of diseases. I've been less lucky with other sellers or even pet shops. And their customer service is awesome.
The only downside would be the courier company DX, which services are really random. But, unfortunately, they apparently are the only UK courier company habilitated to transport pets.
Of course, this is my own experience. But personally, I will not buy from someone else.

I got my platinum white Betta from Sims. He came today looking very healthy. I have to say Jimmy was super helpful during the process especially as I was super fussy about which one I got! Thank you Jimmy!

Great customer service, supplier made a mistake with my order, when I phoned Sims they rectified this and went above and beyond to get it sorted. Would definitely recommend.

Used the live auction again to buy Rams, Corydorys, angel fish and keyhole cichlids. local fish shop wanted £20 per ram at 2cm. obtained 6 x rams for £30 at 3cm. fish come in well secured bags of water and in heated insulated boxes. delivery was perfect and communication with Sims regarding another order of sword tails being added to my order last minute was so easy a quick. great value for money and good quality fish.

Many years ago I had my own very popular aquatic centre everything from goldfish to nurse sharks octopus and turtles. I wrote for fish keeping magazines and lent fish out to tv and movie studios. This is the first time I have come across a genuine quality supplier in years. Jimmy was very helpful through the whole process, listened, cared about the quality of the fish and went above and beyond for me. I had some issues with the quality of the Koi I received and unfortunately some had died. I contacted Jimmy who sorted the issues out quickly and professionally.

Don't buy fish from Sims. They will send you fish that look NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES.

I have used them twice in the past. the first fish was a kamfamalua flowerhorn, it had NO kok..hard headed gene.. should have been culled by the breeders.

Second order was two fish; a golden base flowerhorn which arrived in a bag that all the water had leaked out of. How he's still alive and healthy in my tank right now, god only knows. And an avatar galaxy Betta fish. The fish in the photo was your typical avatar galaxy Betta fish, £50!! What I received was an entirely blue avatar Betta of around 2 inches in length with a bad case of diamond eye. So thanks Sims for sending me several fish with shitty genetics, won't be using you again. Bunch of scammers.

First time we have used we brought a flowerhorn ,which was delivered on time ,well packaged and wow the flowerhorn was better than the description,very healthy and eating within hours ,very happy with this service A++++
