Excellent customer service experience from browsing site for a specific sewing machine to placing order.
A big plus for the price which really pleased me.

The information provided about each model of machine was very helpful to me when I was deciding what to buy. The ordering process is very straightforward, and the machine was delivered the next day with DPD.
The price was excellent, it was on offer when I bought, but the usual price matched others online.
I will happily buy from Singer again, and I am more than happy with my new Singer Heavy Duty 5523 machine.

Extremely Disappointing Service
I have never experienced such unprofessional service. I lost £100 for nothing, and my machine is now in worse condition than before — it is currently unrepairable.
I have since had to purchase a new machine, and this time chose a Brother model instead of Singer. I sent the invoice for this replacement purchase to the manager, Stephen, but have not received any compensation to date.
The machine was sent in for repair twice, and both times I was left disappointed with the result. I can provide a video showing the machine tearing fabric while sewing, if needed.
Due to the ongoing back-and-forth with no resolution, I am no longer able to continue using this service. This experience has also caused considerable stress for my wife, who suffers from anxiety, and this situation has made it worse.
Overall, a very poor experience that I would not recommend.

I left a message for support over Easter, by 10am Tuesday I had my first e-mail from them, by midday the issue was resolved. I'd made a simple mistake in setting up my Singer 5523 and all it took was 3 e-mails between us, you don't get better than that.
Whether they'd met this error before or not, I was impressed with their knowledge and prompt action.

My item didn't arrive. I checked the Evri tracking and it said the item had been damaged and could not be delivered. Fair enough, I thought, and I contacted Singer Machines thinking it should be a simple case of refund or replacement. After all, the courier has clearly said they can't deliver it.

However, it wasn't that straightforward. Customer services wanted me to print off a form entitled 'denial of receipt', and sign it, acknowledging the threat that the police would be involved if make a fraudulent claim, print it, scan it and send it back to them.

I replied with the reasoning that the courier had already admitted they can't deliver the item, but they ignored it.

Keep my £5.50, Singer Machines, and I'll be sure not to make the mistake of buying from you again.

Singer Heavy duty 4423 has a crucifying design fault.
i am extremely experienced .
The button hole lever is just behind the needle and so very very easy to knock into button hole mode, a real bore as then the machine stampedes on the the spot and it is very difficult to then unravel and get on with sewing, the thread gets tangled up, its a nightmare.
and if the fabric is anything more than handkerchief linen it gets knocked again!
I defy anyone to make curtains, also putting in sleeves the lever gets knocked again... a nightmare.
I have been making clothes professionally all my life at 75 was looking for a cheap machine to replace my Bernina... this is a worthless piece of tat...

My partners old sewing machine had broken down so I decided to buy her a new one for Christmas. I researched the various sewing machines within my price range and I decided on the Singer 4423. After I had done some research on Trustpilot and taken into account the price, I decided to buy from Singer Machines Ltd. I found their website easy to navigate and it provided all the information that I needed. Ordering was easy and communication from the seller via email was excellent. The machine arrived the day after I ordered it. My partner is very pleased with it which meant we both had a very happy Christmas 😃. I would recommend this seller.

Terrible customer service, I ordered my singer sewing machine 3 months ago and it is yet to arrive after many emails and many calls to the facility they have not only promised me a brand new machine, moreover that new promised machine is also yet to arrive after weeks.

Fast delivery. New foot pedal makes my very old machine feel brand new. Great service.

Although the website looked a bit old fashioned, it was very clear, uncomplicated and quick to use. Machines were clearly differentiated with none of the fancy, but meaningless, words that are regularly sprinkled about product descriptions

I rang for support over ordering a hemming foot for my singer heavy duty 4423 and was given the part number to search the site with and place an order. This support was prompt, friendly and accurate.

Easy online transaction, with no problems, item delivered next day.

Extremely pleased with this company, ordered some parts on the Friday opted for Evri delivery, items delivered on the Sunday.
Parts now on my sewing machine now back sewing.
Communications appear to be very good emails stating items picked, option to contact if I wanted to check/ change my order. Email to say it’s had been processed, then notified when it was sent off.
Will definitely use this company again and would suggest it to others

Very clear site to use. I was buying a sewing machine, but was unsure of which one. Being able to compare several, made the decision much easier. Having had my present Singer sewing machine for 48 years, and it's been fantastic, I felt very confident to buy the same make again.
The 'Black Friday price' was good, the next day free delivery, and a 10 year warranty made it an easy choice to buy from Singer again.
