My sewing machine is over 20 years old. It's done a lot of jeans, curtains, soft toys & clothes.
Last month it decided it had had enough & the bobbin jumped out of the gubbins & repeatedly.
By accident last week I saw a reel on Facebook that matched my problem & what I needed. Singer still did the part, it came & worked. Cleaned & oiled my machine & now it's back to normal.

Purchased a heavy duty sewing machine and had trouble registering it on the website, rang their number in Seven Hills 0288111900, after a very short wait I was put through to Lucy who was excellent, she spoke clearly and was so helpful, so much better to deal with than another well known sewing machine company that expected us to keep the original packaging to return it for warranty via Spotlight, it's handy having Singer Service in Sydney where I can take it for repairs, Lucy has won me over from purchasing elsewhere now. LoL and no I am not a robot😁

This is my first time buying from Singer online and the ease of finding my way around the website was excellent! I had done a lot of research for the machine (Birthday present for my Daughter) and the one I chose I thought had everything and I am sure she is going to be so excited to receive this beautiful overlocker!

I had looked around the Internet at various machines. Singer Machines Ltd was excellent with regards to pricing. The website had all the information that I needed to make an informed choice. At checkout I was also able to add a sturdy bag for the machine as a free gift...how nice is that! The machine arrived within a day. Excellent communication from the seller the whole way through the delivery process. I am looking forward to getting started with my new machine as it looks great. Would definitely recommend this seller

Fast pick up and service, Very good customer service, I found the Special Orders payment a bit confusing but a quickly answered call to customer service and I was talked through it. The overall is, I am very impressed and will be using again.

Ordering was fine but the delivery was abysmal. The DPD delivery driver rang the bell at out driveway gates and left the box outside. The driver did not talk to us when we answered the phone and did not wait for the gates to open. They simply left the box outside in the pouring rain where anyone could have picked it up and walked off with it. It was in a branded Singer box (not brown cardboard) clearly showing what the contents were.

Excellent products at excellent prices, but the shipping charges a high for small items like needles or a bottle of oil. Why not use the Post office instead of Avri, who are not very reliable and have been known to deliver to the wrong address in this area.
