Sixt Quito Airport is geweldig, in 1 woord geweldig. Nadat ik bij Europcar ben opgelicht kwam ik uit bij Sixt. Fernando heeft mij uitstekend geholpen en sprak goed Engels. Iets wat je niet altijd tegenkomt in Ecuador maar bij het boeken van een auto en belangrijke documenten is het handig. Hoe slecht het bij Europcar was, hoe goed het bij Sixt was. Uiteindelijk was mijn card geblokkeerd vanwege Europcar en kon ik ook cash en met debit alsnog een auto huren. Fernando en zijn team zetten alles op alles om mij goed op weg te helpen. 5 sterren!! De auto rijdt top.

Was gewoon goed en top geregeld. Eerste keer een auto van een wat duurder merk. Mooie foto’s mee kunnen maken in de Alpen. Borg ook netjes binnen 1 werkdag terug op mijn rekening. Wel in getrapt in het verkooppraadje over hulp bij pech langs de weg. Maarja voor maar 14 euro voor 2 dagen is het ook welweer fijn. Geen onverwachtste kosten achteraf, maar we hebben natuurlijk wel de auto zelf netjes gepoetst bij een carwash.

Al om, volgende keer dat ik een auto moet huren kijk ik direct bij sixt!

Zoals altijd huur ik bij Sixt als ik naar Ibiza ga.
Behulpzaam en aardig personeel en zeer mooie en goede auto’s en soms een upgrade.
App werkt perfect om te boeken en de service die ik ervaar is altijd prettig

Fijne ervaring! Even een klein moment bedacht dat ik een narekening kreeg maar ze sturen achteraf gewoon de rekening die al betaald is voor eigen administratie! Mooie auto’s, goeie kwaliteit. Wij gaan hier vaker huren!

Leuke auto, werkt perfect

Nice on the front end, abandoned on the return.

When we arrived to pick up the car, we had no trouble finding the location of the office. The pickup process was long and took almost 30 minutes to confirm the reservation.

After we were confirmed, we were pointed in the direction of a building on the edge of the train station complex, maybe 300m away. A nice gentleman met us there and picked us up in their shuttle to drive to the car park where the car was located.

We had a large group of 6 and all the associated luggage that comes with that. We booked a van and everything was great with the vehicle. One of our party has mobility issues and was able to get in and out of the van comfortably.

The return is where it all unravelled. We arrived back on the last day of our trip, at the agreed drop off time to the car park. There was no staff member to be found at the office in the car park. Eventually, a shuttle pulled in with some other customers and a staff member.

We told him we were there to drop off the car and asked if we could be returned to the point we were picked up, 300m from the train station. He told us he was too busy and there was no shuttle available back to the station. We suggested we drive the car back to the shuttle pick up spot and deliver the keys to the office. His response, “I don’t care what you do”.

Our only option was to walk back to the station. We unloaded all our bags and set off to the lift only to discover it was broken. Our only option was to walk up the car park entrance ramp and walk back to the station. The walk was almost 1km with all our bags and our person with restricted mobility.

If this location is going to provide shuttle service, it needs to be in both directions. We felt like it was all nice on the front end until they have secured your money, then abandon you.

We will never book with Sixt in any location worldwide due to the way we were treated.

Ik heb een auto gehuurd bij Sixt en alles was prima geregeld. De service was helemaal op zijn plaats en ik ben zeer tevreden over hoe alles is verlopen.
De baliemedewerker was vriendelijk, professioneel en wist duidelijk waar hij mee bezig was. Ik werd goed geholpen en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd.
Zeker een positieve ervaring – ik kom hier graag terug!

I’ve used Sixt for multiple trips, and every experience has been absolutely fantastic! The cars were always in excellent condition, clean, and well‑maintained. The agent mentioned we could leave the car at the street parking around the agency, no pay was necessary. We got fined anyway and they are trying to make us pay the fine that was caused by their own bad advice.

Auto opgehaald in Nice, is een kleine luchthaven, dus alles is goed te belopen. Kantoor zit waar alle verhuurbalies zijn, terminal2 uitlopen en rechtdoor. Mooie, schone ontvangst. En heel erg aardig en snel geholpen (nb: buiten hoogseizoen). Heel vlot personeel, met duidelijke aanwijzingen en tips. Heb eigen risico afgekocht, want ik reed voor het eerst in Nice e.o., en met een auto die niet kende (automaat, ook nog). Nou, alles was perfect. Waren heel snel op weg. Auto (Citroen C5) was echt heel erg comfortabel. Ben een Alfa GT gewend, schakel. Maar dit reed prima. Ook het afvullen afgekocht. Geen zin om een bezinepomp te gaan zoeken. Lui? Ja. Terugbrengen was ook nieuw voor mij. Meteen controle in een rij andere huurauto's. En opeens sta je weer bij de gate. Ik ben nu twee keer in Nice geweest. Wat een fijn vliegveld! En Sixt: bedankt, merci et a la prochaine!

SIXT is natuurlijk iets duurder, maar daarvoor ontvang je veel kwaliteit retour.

Pas op.

Initieel goede ervaring, vriendelijk personeel op locatie, totdat je een mailtje krijgt van de schade afhandeling met: u heeft schade veroorzaakt.

Ik weet 100% dat ik het niet veroorzaakt heb, maar Sixt blijft stellig vasthouden.

Succes met aantonen dat jij het niet bent geweest. Eigen risico afkopen, betekent nog steeds dat je mag aftikken bij bussen.

Film en fotografeer de hele auto voordat je hier een auto huurt om te voorkomen dat je wordt genomen.

Sixt nooit meer voor mij

Wij hebben in Kroatië(split airport) bij sixt een auto gehuurd en zijn daar heel vriendelijk en goed geholpen. Was heel snel geregeld en kregen een prachtige nette auto mee. Bij het inleveren konden wij de weg niet op dus zijn we terug gegaan waar we hem hebben gehaald en dat was geen enkel probleem en ter plekke alles nagekeken en afgetekend en binnen een dag kregen wij netjes een bevestiging van alles. Geen addertje onder het gras gewoon eerlijk en netjes behandeld en afgehandeld. Heeft zeker bijgedragen aan een leuk verblijf.

Worst car sharing provider , I have been blocked for no reason tried to contacted multiple times to receive an answer saying that they can’t provide the reason, so basically you get blocked out of no reason and not even an explanation, I suggest you to not use it for share cars , worst app in Amsterdam

Over het algemeen duidelijke uitleg over pick-up en retour auto. Huurauto prima en schoon. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Auto gehuurd in Alicante bij SIXT .medewerker Joze deed zijn werk perfect. Auto sleutel ophalen .U auto op 248 .dat was het dan .mooie auto ,nog nieuw maat met schade .medewerker die de sleutel overhandigde en dat was het .geen begeleiding naar de auto ,en geen uitleg. Verlichting in de parkeer garage vliegveld Alicante zeer slecht. konden de schade niet zien ,die aan de auto was .heb bij aankomst bij het appartement in Alicante foto gemaakt.met dd . bij thuis komst in Nederland. klacht brief geschreven naar Ava d en Laura Oischinger .en tot vandaag geantwoord ontvangen .het is bij schade zo dat die volgens mij vaker de zelfde schade wordt verrekend met de huurder ,verdien model .de Heren die de leen auto in Maastricht in ontvangst namen ,waren zeer correct. kosten auto voor 4 dagen 2100 euro huur,daar mag je toch een beetje uitleg krijgen .
