Head, James Head 258 is the name, he is both a Gentleman & the best (insurance) Officer you'll meet. No time to die, He's got all the protection you need so Get your Licence from him!

Lauren Thomasson made the experience of insuring a multi block set of Flats very easy. I was not looking forward to the process as I usually do single dwellings. Cannot fault any of the process with SJL. Also very happy with the price which helps.

SJL Insurance Services is an excellent company who gave us a 5-star service. The staff were well trained and knowledgeable on the subject they were providing. We found them to have a friendly manner and to be helpfull and patient at all stages.

Had a lovely call with a colleague after being referred by BIBA to SJL I filed in the requested paperwork mid june as we needed insurance around the middle of July after a week we were told "it's gone to market" on the 5th of July my email was ignored entirely and on the 11th of July I emailed again but this time I received an out of office reply stating they would not be back till the 17th

of course, people go on holidays but when you've explained what you need and when you need it the least you could do is pass it on to a colleague before you go on leave or send me back to BIBA,

I shall not be actively looking to do business with SJL again as this is simply a poor first impression when my time has been effectively wasted for 3 weeks

Next time ensure your staff have a better focus on timely customer experience & communication, very pleasant and supportive but for me this is a red flag

Not so pleased this time with the service. I just needed have the name changed and it took about three or more back and forward of emails. Provided the price going up the service has gone down. I had to check all the details and keep on going back to SLJ.

I contacted SJL insurance seeking a more competitive buildings insurance price quote than the one we got for our existing provider. Our current insurer jacked up the annual premium sharply. SJL found us a provider that was quoting a price that was roughly half that of our existing insurer.
