Works fantastic! It finally got that knot that's been sitting on my shoulder forever. So glad I gave it a try.

Loving the eye massager! Works exactly as described.

Took the foldable massager on a work trip and it was a lifesaver. Perfect for unwinding at the hotel after a long travel day!

One thing I like is the gentle warmth. It's pretty subtle, but it makes the whole experience way more soothing.

Product pinched my neck too hard so I requested a refund. Still haven't received instructions on how to return the product so I can get a refund. It's been about 2 weeks and I've sent an email multiple times. I feel like they're trying to avoid giving me a refund despite their refund policy.

11/17/2025 Edited to add: I changed my rating from 1 to 2 stars after finally receiving my refund. My initial review prompted a response with the return address. I emailed to follow up on the refund 1 week after tracking said it was received which prompted the actual refund. If anything, the product seemed decent quality, just hope you don't need to return it for some reason if you buy.

I absolutely support your Global Brand Ambassador - Wang Yibo. Because of him I know about SKG and started use the products. Now I like neck and shoulder massagers and will continue use SKG other products as long as Wang Yibo remains SKG Global Brand Ambassador.

The product arrived too late. I’ve emailed twice to return it and have had zero answer.

The item seems to be overpriced

Great for the beginning of the day or right after work. Compatible and compact.

The product itself is fine, though too bulky and too hard of a massage for me, so I would have liked to have returned it.

But what annoyed me most was that the company never responded to any of my emails about wanting to cancel the order, or about returning it. The order also took so long to be delivered that I thought they DID cancel the order, but apparently not.

The package never arrived. It was lost by FedEx. But the company is dragging his feet on giving me a refund. They said they would, but they have never done it.

Surprisingly good! Very strong massager.

Ça ressemble à de l'arnaque cette plateforme de network marketing SKG

This is my 4th watch and after 6 months I start getting lines across the screen and eventually the screen goes black. Why is this happening, I am done with this watch.
