Shipping/ delivery, it took longer than expected. Over a month ordered 31st october. Not arrive yet.! Your shipping guide in your website is misleading. For international order and delivery.

Service lamentable ; Une personne qui joue aux échecs sur son téléphone et nous demande d’attendre le temps de terminer sa partie pour s’occuper de nous. jamais vu ça !
Bien évidemment, la voiture proposée n’est pas celle que nous avons réservé et ils nous propose une plus petite voiture et pas automatique.
Pour finir, ils propose de vous rembourser et d’aller voir ailleurs.

I use this product every day. I was within weeks of the warranty running out when it malfunctioned on charging. I contacted SKG Customer support and they immediately responded to my problem and replaced it with a brand new one.

You ignored all subsequent attempts at communication. The issue remains with only a couple of metrics being reported to Apple health despite the documentation saying many metrics are reported. Is there any interest in actually fixing the problem?
Amazing! Love it
This was actually a mother's day gift, and I prepared it for her so she could use it right away because she has a lot of pain in her neck area. I used give her massages because it really was an issue for her but since I work late haven't done so in some time. So she tried it out and she absolutely loved it she loved the heating and the pulses. She uses it every other day and doesn't have as much neck pain as she did before.

Defective Product, Questionable Refund Terms and Accountability
I was disappointed with the quality of the product I ordered. The item was too light and the capability was not very effective. I submitted a return and refund request. The company replied promptly but what I didn't like was that the employee tried to negotiate with me on the refund terms. Instead of a full refund, I was offered to keep the item and get an 80% refund -- a "win-win" as the employee described it. There was no utility in the item, but I didn't want to deal with the hassle of back and forth emails (as I presumed this company would do), so I accepted the 80% refund. That also took a while and another nudging. Not to mention, it was not a refund of the total price (incl. shipping), but 80% of the price before taxes/shipping.
Afterwards, I read reviews about the company and it sounded like other people had to deal with the same lack of professionalism and accountability.
Also, I wonder if the true value of the item for the company is 20%? I think they know the item isn't effective but are still selling it, expecting many people to ask for refunds and offering 80%. The company keeps 20% and are able to get rid of their defective products.
It was also nearly impossible to find a phone number for the company -- all email addresses of generic departments.
Ineffective Product and Questionable Refund Policy
I purchased a product that was not effective. I contacted the company for a return and refund. Instead of honoring the return and a full refund, the employee tried to negotiate by offering that I keep the product and accept a partial refund. They called this a fair and mutually beneficial solution.
I found no utility and effectiveness in the product, so it didn't make sense for me to keep it. However, I agreed to the arrangement to avoid the hassle of having to ship it back to the seller. I've yet to hear from the company about the status of the refund.
SKG should make its return and refund policy more explicit and transparent so that customers know what they're getting themselves into before purchasing the product. The company website also does not provide a contact number; just email addresses for various departments which is pretty sketchy if you need to talk to a real person.
I have a defective smart watch
I have a defective smart watch, I emailed SKG and gave them the video and paperwork they requested and have heard nothing for 2 months. I got the watch in May via Amazon. It would not recharge after 2 months.
Good luck to anyone who is trying to get a resolution to a product issue,

This watch stopped working the day after my return limit. Selling faulty products. No exchange. I will never buy from this company again. Had this watch two months total. Typical company Grift.

Awful customer service. Never reply to your complaint. There’s only one staff named Tony who based in China. Sent several message just got only one reply and never received second. Really awful
