I have sent 3 emails trying to get support or response to my product not working within a week or 2.

Not only did tickets not receive any response, I am sent a email to review my experience.

My product stopped working, in under half a month, I get no response for tickets submitted.

It took almost 3 months for my order to arrive in Australia. With the tracking link updating that the item has been returned to sender. And then some time later, a random Australia Post delivery from "Shipping Dept" no additional details showed up on my email. Didn't know what it was. Then it arrived. Product was good but customer service is very, very poor. I have sent multiple follow up emails regarding my order, they never replied.

I haven't received my product yet and I've been waiting for a month.

Order never arrived, no reply to my mails. Never buy again

I am dissatisfied with the SKG V9 Pro smartwatch I. It is not functioning as expected. Specifically, it is not charging properly even though this is only the second time I am attempting to charge it.

Never received the merchandise from SKG. Checked the progress of the order, the last time, a month ago. This was a month after placing the order. It was still in the Order Received mode, waiting to be shipped. No phone number for SKG. Sent an e-mail to get info on the order and whether it had shipped or not about 3 weeks after placing the order--no response from SKG. Haven't received a refund. Finally, ordered same product from Amazon and it came within a week.

It has been one month since I placed my order and I have not received my order nor any updates since the day of purchase. I was charged for the items but have been unable to find out where they are.

Ordered since 03.12.2024 still haven't received the item. Sent email to the customer service, still got no response.

I have never received a package.
I tried to call and there was no customer service.
I am not really even sure at this point if it is a real company.

I have never received the product, the tracking number link gives no information, and my email asking for information has never been answered. I ordered on 12/22, and it said it would be shipped in 5 to 7 days. Is was to be a gift. I feel this may have been a scam. I would give zero stars.

Pillow has been what I needed thanks a lot! It has worked far better than any others I have been trying.

Ordered from website all Info was there . Shipping was on time as was updates . Also Neck Massager Hands free is better than expected . Allows me to work or relax and help with stress in Neck and Shoulder area. Perfect for me

I've been waiting for my delivery for 3 months. No response to emails. Totally unreliable. Not recommended.

I ordered on 11/9/2024, did not get any response after 10 business days. Sent a lot of emails, and get a response, send me a shipment info. At the same time, I called Pay Pal, create a case for me. After 1 months or more, I did not get any shipment. Pay Pal refund me. I like to give Pay Pal 5 stars, and give SKG a ZERO star.
