I had some issues with communication, I had ordered something previously and they didnât have the product so gave me a refund Immediately. Then I reordered everything with a change to one product, same brand but Nucleofill 25 instead of Nucleofill age. With 24hr delivery. I didnât realise these were the same products just that they changed the name of it. However, skin laboratory offered all of these products with their new name and their old name in the âchoose optionâ section. The problem was that they had my money for 2days it was meant to be 24 hr delivery I ordered on the Wednesday and they read the messages but didnât reply till FRIDAY saying they were confused.
Then shouldnât they have said straight away that is out of stock also, and not ignore my messages. No response for multiple days and no delivery made me a bit nervous as it was £131 and I needed the order for the next day and couldnât order elsewhere until I had my money back. which they had done immediately with the original order. So I left feedback on trust pilot. I have since deleted and changed my feedback because they have refunded me. This is detailed and honest feedback. Maybe before ordering contact to see if they have got the product in stock. And skinlaboratory update your website more frequently.
It is a shame because I would like to use them. But the no communication thing when itâs on a fast delivery payment made me nervous.

You put calm to the paypal and because it's our term and condition, you are not allowed to return the product after 7 days, turn after that days. After reviewing the tracking information on Royal Mailâs system, we can see that the item was delivered and signed for by someone identified as 'DWS'. Additionally, Royal Mail has provided a delivery photo as proof of delivery.
As all our parcels require a signature and are fully tracked, responsibility for the parcel transfers to Royal Mail once it is handed over to them. At this point, any delivery issues would need to be investigated directly with Royal Mail.
We recommend contacting your local delivery office with this information, as they may be able to offer more detail or assist in recovering the parcel. We're also happy to assist you in starting a claim if needed.
