Thank you for getting in touch regarding your order. We understand how frustrating it can be when a parcel is marked as delivered but not received.

After reviewing the tracking information on Royal Mail’s system, we can see that the item was delivered and signed for by someone identified as 'DWS'. Additionally, Royal Mail has provided a delivery photo as proof of delivery.

As all our parcels require a signature and are fully tracked, responsibility for the parcel transfers to Royal Mail once it is handed over to them. At this point, any delivery issues would need to be investigated directly with Royal Mail.

We recommend contacting your local delivery office with this information, as they may be able to offer more detail or assist in recovering the parcel. We're also happy to assist you in starting a claim if needed.

Slow delivery but would order again because was royal mail’s fault

Slow delivery but that was due to Royal Mail. Placed order only to get a message saying one item was out of stock an would be another 10 days but came within a few days so that was fantastic. Not tried products yet so can’t review them. Was given my delivery fee back so that was nice. Would order again

Great company :)

I placed an order and then received a message to say products were not in stock and was asked if I wanted to wait up to 6 weeks so I said yes I’ll wait, a couple of weeks later I received an email to say my order had been dispatched so that was great I hadn’t had to wait very long 😊 overall a great ordering experience. I can’t fault this company at all Thank you

Item sent days later

Made an order with 24h tracked delivery. Got a message saying they are on holiday and my order will be sent5 days later (Monday). Item was send on Tuesday and delivered Thursday.
If you are out of office should have said on a check out not taking money and not send product. Haven’t received a refund for delivery and lost money on clients because of yous.

The reason I am not sending you the refund you been “asking” for because you have not done what you have said in your email or the message about sending the product on Monday with the 24h delivery. The product been send after I have contacted you again why my delivery hasn’t come yet. So it is your fault again and like I said before I had a trust in you with your delivery and because of you I lost clients which means I have lost money because you of your fault again.
So please do not call me a thief. Don’t call yourself a business owner when you can’t run your business properly.

I am not admitting to stealing your money. I am saying you haven’t dealt with your fault properly. As you calling yourself business owner you should deal with your orders / your mistakes. I have said numerous times because of your promises to sending my product that I payed for wasn’t done as said. 24h delivery send on Monday should be deliver to me on Tuesday. I have sent you a text message and email on Tuesday afternoon that my stuff hasn’t arrived, after that I have a reply from you that you have proceed my order so it shows you have forgotten about it. It was delivered on Thursday. So please save yourself a time and take it that you have that you made mistake. Also if you wasn’t constantly messaging me about money back I would have send it. But you can’t control your feelings about your fault then that’s the outcome.

To clarify, we did notify customers of our temporary closure on several parts of the website, including the homepage, cart page, and discount page. Additionally, we personally reached out to every customer who placed an order during that time, explaining that we were away for the week and offering a full refund if they preferred not to wait. We also made it clear that delivery costs would be refunded for those who chose to proceed with their orders.

Took weeks for delivery as out of


Took weeks for delivery as out of stock...I had high hopes for the product but the ampoules are impossible to open and extremely fragile so unusable. I politely messaged to return within the time limit and in an unused condition. No response in any way. I've had to open a PayPal case and after a long tedious time of sending messages and proof I was bluntly told to return I had to pay £6 postage tracked. Sent all the proof of return and photos of the original packaging of the item. Still after over a month absolutely no communication, no refund no acknowledgement. This has turned out to be a highly stressful situation please treat your valued customers with respect. Utterly disgraceful. With regards to your reply to my review you did not offer any customer service or respond to any of my emails to return the ampoules I only opened a case with paypal as it was the only option I had and as for the time frame It was only because you weren't responding that it ended up going on so long I have all my messages still trying to contact you with absolutely zero response. The refund could of been issued as soon as you received the returned item and then the case would have immediately been closed with paypal. Maybe more transparency and a decent customer service when issues arise would be more beneficial. The only time you went out of your way to contact me was to ask me to remove this review!

It is unfortunate that we have to write this but the delivery delay was due to the product being out of stock, and while we understand that this was inconvenient, we did our best to communicate with you about the situation. Regarding the ampoules, we apologize that you found them difficult to open, but we did not receive any prior communication about this issue until after the return window had closed.

When you reached out about returning the product, we responded promptly and provided clear instructions. However, due to the PayPal dispute, the funds were not in our control until we were contacted by PayPal and asked to follow their process. We had no influence over the delay in the case resolution and, as soon as the matter was resolved on PayPal's end, your refund was issued.

We also want to address your accusation of fraudulence. We take such claims very seriously and would like to emphasize that we have always acted in good faith. It is disappointing to be called a "scam company" when we followed all necessary procedures to ensure that your refund was processed as soon as possible. We do not appreciate the defamation of our business and would encourage a more balanced reflection on the situation.

It's unfortunate that the situation escalated to this point, but we did everything we could to ensure your refund was processed as soon as the PayPal case was closed. We're disappointed to see that despite receiving your £145 refund, you’ve left a negative review based on a process that was out of our control for much of the time.

Customer service 👍🏻

I would like to thank them very much for their customer service and shipping process. I placed the order during the New Year’s holiday and received a message via WhatsApp asking me if I wanted a refund or to wait until the end of the holiday on January 2nd to ship it. I asked to wait and on January 2nd exactly it was sent to Riyadh.

I just gave this skincare company a go, and I'm genuinely impressed. My stuff arrived super quick, and it was spot-on for what I needed.

What really got me was how much cheaper it was - four times less than getting similar treatments at a spa or clinic. I'll definitely be buying from them again.

Pink intimate system

Good Costumer service however pink intimate product doesn't work on me. Its very quite expensive and my skin gets more dark after one use and cause skin irritation and redness.
