First time user and it was very straightforward to use, especially as it was in Disneyland. Followed the instructions and received my refund within 24 hour.

Very easy! I am from Canada and used this app before going home, and I had to print off my tax form and get it stamped as I was leaving the EU from another country. However, the instructions from the app were very straightforward!

I think this was easy when you use partner places like Disneyland but I could not get tax refunded anywhere else’s-it was difficult.

Didn’t know this exsisted until a friend told me about it. So easy to use and understand. Money was in my bank within hours of completing my bank details. Would definitely use again

Second time using - just used for Disneyland Paris, didn't try to use elsewhere. Very straightforward, followed the steps at the right time, scanned the barcode and the money was in the bank account one day after returning home - money back for the kids from their spends! Maybe more challengin if French customs needed to complete a form or conduct an inspection....

I used Skiptax for detax for Disneyland Paris. Very easy to use and got refund a day after I lefte the country.

It all worked well. Slight panic given the little time I had available. No machines worked at terminal and got bar code signed off at customs. Refund was quick. The app took a couple of times to load. Overall, definitely recommend

Incredibly easy when using Disney receipts.
Lots of places in Paris didn't understand what I was asking so missed out on tax back. However, this was a bonus for us. Easy to scan the arcade at Le Shuttle. Thank you. Less than 24 hours to receive - exceptional!

Mon bordereau avait été validé manuellement par le douanier et mon remboursement était en cours.
Une semaine plus tard, SkipTax me demande une photo du produit. Je demande une explication et mon compte est ensuite banni, ce qui m’empêche justement d’envoyer la photo demandée.
E-mail envoyé le 7 août, relance le 11 août : aucune réponse, compte toujours bloqué et aucun remboursement.
Je conseille donc aux futurs clients d’être très prudents avant de confier leur détaxe à SkipTax tant que ce type de situation n’est pas rapidement résolu.
J’espère que SkipTax va enfin intervenir, rétablir mon accès et procéder au remboursement.
