Easy to use and very fast to issue the refund! Very impressed

Very speedy and efficient - received refund the day after we arrived home. The app works well.

I've used this app many times; at first I found it difficult waiting for the barcode to be generated, but now I upload immediately after purchase and there's no problem.
If buying over 1000 Euros worth, you will need to also upload your proof of purchase ie the credit card receipt, and on two occasions I had to upload a picture of the booze, so take pics of both anyway.
Also, you may need to revalidation your passport scan every couple of years.
Most of the one star reviews are due to extra info like this which is demanded by the customs service and are not a problem of Skiptax itself!

This is the 2nd time I have used Skiptax after visiting Disneyland Paris. It was very easy to use and understand. Just scan the bar code at the terminal once you’re done - it was so simple!

Easy and simple app to follow, claimed tax back on Wine at Calais Wine Superstore - made super easy by the staff in there assisting too. Received the tax back the following day after leaving France.

Obtaining my refund from Skiptax was not as quick as usual because the Pablo system was not working due to a storm the previous day. However, I was able to print the back-up tax-free form which Skiptax emailed to me, get it stamped at the Customs desk at the Eurotunnel terminal and send a photo of it back to Skiptax. My refund arrived in my bank account 4 days after I left France so many thanks to Skiptax for having a back-up system. However, if I had not been able to print the form, it would have been a different story.

Amazing, easy and quick! I used for my Disneyland bills and had no issues at all. The refund was completed as soon as I left France.

Would be 5 star but camera on app can be very temperamental. Other than that great

Experience tres satisfaisante a cette occasion, peut-etre du a la simplicite de traitement pour une seule facture d'achat. Un formulaire emit et remplie avec le commercant, un simple scan a la borne de detaxe le jour du depart - sans avoir a passer au guichet.
A revisiter a la prochaine occasion avec plus d'achat.

I applied for a tax refund on a wine purchase using the Skiptax app and it was fairly straight forward. The salesman showed me how to scan my invoices onto the app and create a barcode. At the the Tunnel I scanned it using one of the barcode readers and received a tax refund the next day

App is really easy to use and payment is fast

Even when the customs IT system was down - they find a solution. So well done

Its really easy to apply and the process at the airport is just as good, however they need the App looking at so many glitches and it does take so long as it keeps crashing or removing your data. If the app was sorted it would be 5* and a swift and easy process.

Every thing was quick and fast.

Easy to use and very quick to validate at the airport.

The receipts were difficult to photo on the app but once I worked out you could photograph them separately then upload them it was much easier.
